But she escaped confinement, when the villain of the game Shandor, released the Ghosts in the Containment Unit to power the Destructor form of Gozer and himself. Instead of being returned to containment, she returned to the Library.

The rest of the films have been frankly underwhelming. I wanted so much more from the franchise seeing as that Ghostbusters was the first film I saw at the cinema.
