Rachel I think you would love Arizona Ash trees on your property, they grow fast with very little or no maintenance at all except during growthstage where you have to prune the lower branches other than that it's a beautiful tree and shadey.

It feels relieving to understand you have depression. I was 35 before i finally realised.. Then understanding how to navigate it and not always fight it helps alot.

I rode most of my younger years. Wind proof a must!!! You’re an overcomer facing the thIngs that try to stop you and doing it with grace. Always give yourself some grace. I found big change happened for me with depression when I realised that it was just a long-ass freeze from being in survival mode for so long. When fight flight takes a time out kinda thing. Riding the wave with you sugarplum, LOVE THIS new space so much, the stools and table are perfect and tie it altogether just right ❤️❤️

How I overcame depression is by beginning to not say 'my drpression'... Its not yours and don't make it your identity. You will be fine. You deserve joy and depression is actually normal because it shows life has ebs and flows but claiming it makes it your lifestyle. All the best ❤️

What you say really resonate with my experience and you being a woman makes it even harder to proper identify and treat it (anxiety and depression is what I was diagnosed with before)
