    I'm thinking of booking San Bada Resort for June. What do you think of that resort and its location?

    • @Drinkteatravel
      @Drinkteatravel  Год назад

      We personally havent stayed at San Bada Resort. But the Location is super convenient. You are pretty much right at the entrance to the park and you can walk to most of the restaurants in the "downtown" beach area.
      There are more restaurants that connect between Quepos and Manuel Antonio that be worth checking out if you wanted to drive.

    Geat video! One question: is there any mosquitos in the park? do I need repelent?

    • @Drinkteatravel
      @Drinkteatravel  Год назад

      Really depends on the season and temperature. To be safe its best to take some. Just make sure you have DEET free repellant so you dont damage the flora and fauna.

    You are back in costa rica? I remember you almost starting a hotel in costa rica some years ago, what happens to that idea?

    • @Drinkteatravel
      @Drinkteatravel  Год назад

      Yeah we renovated it into a eco lodge, ran it for almost 4 years and then sold it!
      It’s still around, but under different ownership and ethos.

    What is a middle Eastern restaurant, there are 18 countries there

    • @Drinkteatravel
      @Drinkteatravel  11 месяцев назад +3

      A restaurant that sells Middle Eastern food. Not dissimilar from an asian themed restaurant that will often include meals from several asian countries.

      Its an anglicization of the world in the same way that people pronounce los Angeles completely different then it should be if you were pronouncing it in spanish.

    Your recommendations are not helpful at all. There is e.g. no pedestrian walk, so leaving your car and walking is dangerous and exhausting.

      Sorry you felt the tips were unhelpful. Growing up in Costa Rica meant that I have been to Manuel Antonio multiple times, in my experience, and the experience of many friends I have seen visit, walking is often preferred in certain scenarios. There is often very little parking available at a lot of the restaurants a long the road connection quepos to manuel antonio main beach. Every time we have gone, we have often to walk wherever possible to avoid the hassle of parking. Luckily Uber has expanded to the area since this video, making it affordable and easy for those that prefer not to walk on the road.
