For UK HMO, you did not include any MOE. It will affect the ROI. For Canada, why don't you include the CONDO fee as expense. The condo fee is very expensive too.
I joined Kyle UK property cycle 7. For setup the pro-folio of passive income, UK or Canada, where is best investment? Because now UK property is raised much since last year. Look at your invested Manchester HMO price is quite attractive. I hope to approach the same path however the power team subscription with Kyle is seemly bit high if I may have to invest 1-2 HMO in UK.

買樓投資用个人名義好,還是公司名義好。兩者在按揭及稅務上有什麼好處及不好處。特別是有興趣在加拿大房屋地產投資。特別是加拿大稅務,如果加拿大居民在海外投資資產或股票,稅務上應怎麼安排。加拿大按揭亦是十分困難,門檻亦很高有什麼好建議。
