Does this still work in TBC? I'm not sure if I am doing the fountain part wrong, but they aren't clumping up and running up and down the ledge of the fountain and the ground. They seem to just step up onto the fountain without walking back to the corner.
You can jump faster between the blizzard, if the mobs stand to close, they will do an extra path 90degrees, witch you can see at the left side at 05:04. You will kill them faster. I made it in GY/ARMS/CATH/LIB at 15min run ALL mobs + boss
nice, what i do is pull boss then start the pull at the bottom level top left corner and go anti clockwise and pull whole place and then do what you did on ledge, its a bit faster
How do you never get HoJ'd by Mograine? I can't pull him without getting hit with that 6 second stun, which is usually a wipe if I don't have Ice block or Cold snap to reblock to group them all together again.
@@marjanpavlovic211 blinking when you have them in the kiting spot on the left side of the fountain isn't a good idea, you're gonna lose control of the whole pack more or less.
Christ you make this look so easy. I have better gear by far, but have issues with this kind of pull. Also show skill tree. I'm kinda Winter's Chill hybrid (swapped out ice barrier for POM)
I actually don't think its too bad. 30 resets are gonna take at least 6 hours to burn, and few people (to my knowledge) boost for 6 hours non stop. It will reduce the dungeons available for bots from 120 runs (5 runs per hour, 24 hours a day) down to 30 runs per day. We are just going to have to see how it works out in the end :)

not letting them hit you, or letting them hit you as little as possible is the key. if you're going OOM you're either taking a ton of damage with Mana Shield up, or when you're pulling you're not using rank1 spells. Use nova/CoC to keep them off of you when they get into melee range while you're running. make sure you always have your two highest rank mana gems, health potions are great too(I've transitioned from LIPs to simply using health pots in 'oh shit' moments as I become more comfortable witht he pulls here.)
@@neceriumcloudes5381 no its the same duration, same chance to resist, etc, it just does a little mroe damage, but the mana cost is wayy to high for the extra damage
probably the same as any AoE builds, focused on chill effects on blizzard and elemental warding (the talent that gives you mana when you resist a spell)

I do not know if you are still keen on an answer, but what you can do is ice block, then use a /cancel aura Ice Block macro to get out of the stun in about a quarter second.
ontop of what the other guy said. The middle of the blizzard can be placed 36 yards away (1yard higher than fireball) so the outer ring is even further away say 41 yards. It is the highest range spell a mage has, if anyone wants to point out that fireball has 41 yards if specced. shh

You should kill the bosses if you have enchanting since the blues disenchant into Small Radiant Shards that sells for a quite a lot.

@@sclaperz face the other was once you drop the blizzard you will never go far with a blink on or off the ledge..... its considered a blind spot.....

Shouldn’t face the mobs during kill phase ever. You can get hoj’d and it’s a wipe if you can’t blink.

minor run speed enchant to boots, maximum mana absorption talent.

frost for all the slow/ice shield then 5/5 magic absorb. those are needed the rest is pretty meh
