q.17 .... initially i remembered that bisphosphonates can be give for 4-5 yrs....but there was another option saying teriparatide given intially before bisphosphonates..then i remembered doc is bisphosphonates for post menopausal women...so teriparatide to be given after bisphosphonates.....!..so i marked that answer 🤦.....! y dont someone file pil for releasing answer key just like they do for neet ug

It was written teriperatide can be given before bisphosphonates but that was wrong as bisphosphonates are 1st line. Sir please clear the controversy

​@@dr.yashtekwani4712bro upto 60 year bisphosphanate is not a doc means we can start bisphosphanate but upto 60 years we can give teriparatide before bisphosphanate and should manage with hormonal therapy like supplements of estrogen but after 60 year bisphosphanate is the doc bro its novac gynae reference because mai gynae complete kr chuka hu but pharma abhi nhi kiya hu so gynae me jo padha hai uska yhi explanation hai
