Wow!! Judge from hell really got me to this date. This is the first time I am Park Shin Hye in that role as a fan of her craft. It's wild. Can you believe that it's script writer is actually a rookie in the drama scene.
honestly glad to see rookie writers because feel like the past couple years I haven’t seen anything too crazy with writing, would love to see more refreshing ideas like this one!
yeah I’m just a little hesitant because I know the justice system in korea is kinda awful (to be fair most countries are like that) and looking into the case the wording was weird so I truly can’t tell 😭😭
As you have said, stick around, please get back with more updates of this drama when you reach episodes 7&8 this weekend. Your view will change. I am airing this out again Shin Hye just showed me another side that I had never seen of her which to me is the first time. She even admitted in an interview playing that double character was hard for her coz she deeply studied the script. I usually ask; will this drama be like Song Kang's my demon??🤔🤔🤔.
always happy to see you comment on my videos again! for my thoughts on 7 and 8 I was actually surprised it was really romance heavy BUT I LOVE IT!!! im just a sucker for romance and their chemistry is great, i think this week was such a turning point for plot development and has definitely repiqued my interest that was falling off with all the action. I don’t think itll be as famous as my demon internationally, but in korea it might since shin hye is such an A-List actress
@@wendyminn Told ya!! 😂😂😂 9 &10 will be crazier. As for me I noticed all of this romance from like episode 5 when bitna's heart fluttered and she fainted (correct me on that a little if I have errored in my analysis) and Also when she saw Han Do An show his other when in a drunk state when she took him to his room. And so, it just continued with her shedding tears and now starting to deviate from the rule that she was granted by her underworld superiors #Not to be intimate with humans. So, tighten your seatbelt again when we get to episodes 9 &10 and we see how the Assembly man's son will deal with Bitna with all the romance now involved. Lastly, I can now tell you that the rookie script writer Jo Yi Soo admitted that she was over joyed and had to put in the work when dealing with Shin hYe who has such a good resume in acting. She really challenged Shin Hye and the wholecast in general.
@@wendyminn I think this drama is gon be famous more than my demon because of the action scenes which are really superb to me. tHIS is the reason why the drama got me although I like the romance genre more.
Yeah it's crazy right?!? I'm a sucker for longtime friends to lovers, my biggest beef is not enough screentime for our leads :( I also didn't get their whole breakup reason, do you actually think your mom killed his?? Why didn't you try to win over that dad sooner?? It was a plot point they built up the suspense too much for it to disappoint me I think it's not bad if you're watching for the peaceful countryside vibes but tbh I think those aren't my type
@@wendyminn Alright alright FAIR ENOUGH. For me theres two basic types of Kdramas. One is a romantic comedy a la Samdalri (or Hometown Cha cha cha etc) usually in the country side; the other is revenge plot (something like Again my life). Then there are the absolute gems that dont fall into any category like Alchemy of souls (in fact my VERY first and probably to this day all time favorite kdrama). I just wish Koreans had something like wuxia but with their own twist. Korean fantasy with Korean quality of TV production. My god. That would be GLORIOUS.
@@joeblack5393 not me not liking hometown cha cha cha either 👀 LOL it does seem like I am on a streak of not liking country side ones, but there are always exceptions to the rule like when the camellia blooms! Same with revenge, I don't generally enjoy them but there are some good ones like this is such a throwback but The Innocent Man (2012) is one of my all time favorites ! Also enjoyed Alchemy! (s1 >>> s2) Tbh I don't need koreans to have wuxia, china just does it so well and it incorporates so much chinese history that I can't imagine a Korean version will ever compare
@@wendyminn Heh. Listen you like what you like, it is what it is. For example for me getting into cdramas was a transition from kdramas. And overall kinda Koreans are more "westernized" so getting used to Korean entertainment was a lot easier. It took me like 2 or 3 shows to get used to wuxia esthetics (or Mandarin as a language, i got so used to Korean that it felt weird hearing a tonal language suddenly). Men that look like elves from lord of the rings or casually start flying around. I remember it felt so weird at first. Anyway time to check out queen Woo i guess.

@@wendyminn We just pray that actors get to pick good scripts just like the way Shin Hye did
All I know is that for Lee Jin Wook, the case was in his favour. He was free from the charges according to the info.

Dear Hyeri relates to the Drama what's next after love. Better check out that one.
To me dear Hyeri has 8.5 rating. To give you a hint relate DID to bipolar disorder.
Wait what you didnt like Welcome to Samdalri? Why?!? XD Its literally the type of dramas that got me into kdramas.
