Before my first English literature exam I had never written a full essay and I was predicted a 4/5 (C/B) and always thought I was going to fail. In all the practice paragraphs I had written I got grade 5 and the day of the exams i thought it went quiet well. Skip ahead more than a month to results day and I saw the grade for lit: 8 (A*). I could not believe it and only realised a few weeks later that it was thanks to listening to this video because it's so helpful and portrays the goal of essays really clearly so you know what you have to do which isn't always easy. Thank you so much for this you saved my English lit grade!

Im doing my as-level english literature tomorrow and i am certainly not prepared for it. Please gcse students dont panic you will do soooo well...then you get to a-levels and your máximum grade in your essays is a C although you have an A* in your gcse.

Arghhhh good luck my friend! I'm really glad 💫 lots of love x x
My English lit exam is on Friday so I needed this!! Thank you x
Arghhh GOOD LUCK SMIN ❤️ x x

Another lovely video, Jade! I'm doing English at uni and my course is 100% coursework, it's perfect for me since I love essay writing...maybe I'm a bit odd? Haha, but I agree with everything you said and believe it can apply to GCSEs, A Levels and higher education, #ASTARGCSECREW Xx

It's true I don't yet know what I want to do... but not sure a teacher is for me! I swear they're constantly under SO much pressure and despite the huge amount of work they put in, it often comes across as a thankless job. But thank you!! I'll just keep teaching you from here hahahah x
