Hi Abby! Greetings from 🇨🇦! My 9 year old is a dancer, she's only seen bits and pieces of the show but the look on her face when she found out the kids learned a dance in a week then competed it was priceless. She absolutely freaked.
Tbh I always liked her way of teaching at least 90% of the time, it may seem tough, and it is, but as she said, that’s how you make a great artist, perfomer athlete and overall how you achieve the best. wow it’s really interesting how you said that the big problem with the show that destroyed the relationships was that some of them weren’t ready to learn a new routine every week bc they didn’t do a dance audition
This really shows things from another perspective. I figured that add in the combination of “reality” tv & coaching style that there was a lot of room for the viewers to misinterpret things. My kids have done dance for years & instructors vary in teaching style. But being honest & straightforward with a kid is the only way to get improvement.
Oh, hell, yes. Part 1 was so great. Abby, you should literally just film your whole life. The reason people love you is: you have a standard, you're funny, but you aren't a coddler, but you still care so much. It's how teachers used to be. They believed in you and didn't let you slide because something was hard. I love you. And the show. But it's time for the show to be about YOU. It's you that people are fascinated by. Your work ethic, your charm, your elegance, your fire. And your knowledge. I'm so glad you can look back on these shows and be so fair about everything. Your fairness - that too, is a huge draw. People trust your professional view point. And you're a great person. PLEASE MAKE A NEW SHOW. In fact, have two. Have a new dance show and an Abby reality show. It's time. You can't ever get these years back. And I think you are at your definitely at your ultimate peak right now!

yes please do a part 2!! it's so cool to hear your point of view and learn what it was like for you filming and behind the scenes!! btw, you look so gorgeous ♡
Dance moms was really my show. It’s the only show I’ve rewatched. I found dance moms at a friends house and after that I was in love. At that time I think season 4 was out. This show really made me want to dance. Although I couldn’t dance like I wanted to (ballet, contemporary…) because I didn’t have those opportunities, I did try step in 5th grade, I danced in 8th grade which was mostly hip hop and high school as well I did Afro dance cause that was the closest I could be to dance and I loved it all and I was pretty good at it too. I do wish I could’ve done more dance cause I love it but life didn’t pull me in that direction. (I’m Muslim so my parents didn’t really like me doing it so I stepped back from it) If I ever have kids and they want to do dance, I’ll 100% let them. I really want to know more behind the scenes stuff and you should really make this a series. And maybe do AUDC too.
Same, my dad didn't want me to because I'm Muslim also it is kind of an expensive hobby, but I always wanted to learn dance. I thought ballet was the most beautiful thing. If I have a kid that wants to do it, I would be so happy. I even still kind of want to learn just for fun.
8 minutes? I can listen to it for hours! It's about time you talk about your side of the show. I love it! I only buy DVDs that features commentary, so I can learn the backstory of what I'm seeing. This video is like a producer's commentary, and I can watch all the seasons all over just listening to you explaining the production details and back stories! Please do more!
Do more of these. My wife got me addicted to your show. As an actor and entertainer myself, I can respect your work ethic and where you are coming from. Like JoJo said, you are right.
I love this and hope it becomes a series!!! I could listen to you talk forever. You don't even need the music or special effects. You have the gift of gab!
The more I watch episodes back, the more I believe you really got a bad rep! You should never have said some of the things you said to those kids. Be aggressive and yell but when you attack on a personal level, that was very hard to see you do that. You really are a great teacher. The mothers are the problem. The kids are awesome. It’s good to see you make a big comeback. You deserve it.
I’ve just finished rewatching all 8 seasons. Never saw season 8 once. Those mothers were true wackos. Abby, you look wonderful and you seem happy. Stay strong and keep working on that walking🥰
I love that she openly talks about her time on the show because the network/producer always liked to make her out as the bad guy and y’know maybe some things were true but there was a lot of things being pointed out over the years that that kid didn’t even say that (her lips didn’t move) that thing that Abby said was what she said to someone else.
dear god i love abby. i had contoversial thoughts about her teaching but im so happy she told us the truth of the show. despite some of the lies of the show, i still love it so much.
You should make a tbh(to be honest) series!!react to every episode and break them down like this tell your truth and set all the records straight!! I know you don't need to explain to anyone but we love this side of you queen ❤
Ok, yea there were corrections. But there were so many moments with adults including Abby. Where the yelling had nothing to do with corrections, and was incredibly harmful on the girls.
Loved this!! Its refreshing hearing you talk about your craft with passion, the kids that were on the show so respectfully. The line about how the concept of the new routine every week breaking your relationships with the girls and mums was so open and honest.
Loved this video Abby! It was entertaining to watch and gave some insight on the show itself, I never knew that it really was not the “first episode filmed”. Keep up the great work
Wow!!! I really enjoyed this!!! Abby is very well spoken and the explanation for her actions is needed. I feel like she was painted as such a villian and while she's not perfect what else was she supposed to do given her circumstances???? I can't imagine being thrown with those children and basically needing to force them to be stars? That wasnt her idea
Omg yes yes yes! More please and thank you Miss Abby!! I miss watching you on tv so much! You look beautiful 💛 hope you are well and can't wait for a part 2!

wow it’s really interesting how you said that the big problem with the show that destroyed the relationships was that some of them weren’t ready to learn a new routine every week bc they didn’t do a dance audition
This really shows things from another perspective. I figured that add in the combination of “reality” tv & coaching style that there was a lot of room for the viewers to misinterpret things. My kids have done dance for years & instructors vary in teaching style. But being honest & straightforward with a kid is the only way to get improvement.
If she reacted to different episodes, id honestly watch every single one 💁🏽♀️
We need more of this !!
And can we talk about how good Abby looks now 🥰
Watching this, I’m convinced Abby is a good person who has done bad things due to circumstances.
Y’all say this on every video. She’s full of shit. Y’all fall for anything.
@@corimoon3360 bro just shut up.
@Corimoon please shut up, you don’t know her personally so stop making up stuff. That was a freaking show for entertainment l, she probably acts completely different real life. Please get a life and stop spreading lies
@@corimoon3360 fr
@@corimoon3360 it looks like you know nothing about reality tv 🤦🏻♀️
WE WANT MORE OF THESE, ABBY!!!!! I loved hearing all the behind the scenes stuff
You give life lessons… that’s what it is, you teach them what real life is and that’s what makes them all so employable. Practice, perseverance, etiquette and bravery!
I love your channel! I am training at a full-time ballet school and I have always loved watching dance moms when I was younger and it is interesting to listen to you talking about the show and about your experience on the show and in general. Please do more content like this! :)
Gotta say, she’s so right at 7:45. I am definitely that girl who can get straight A’s in school-got my BA (and working toward my master’s) in English Literature. Being a smart scholar/academic is worlds different than being a smart dancer. I can’t pick up choreo to save my life! Abby would make me cry 😂
Yesssss I’m so happy to have regular content that’s not heavily scripted or pushed by producers and it’s just your raw truth.
you’re a much better person than the show painted you out to be and I’m really looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us! Cheers to the future Miss Abby! 🥂 ❤️
Dang... You know nothing about what really happened on the show. Yeah... The show was edited but in some instances edited in Abby's favor when she said horrendous things.
Your amazing, you never said" oh I don't want to dance",your my inspiration I dance too and you make me think "save the tears for the pillow and keeps dancing"
You raised Hollywood stars like kalani hiliker, maddie and mackenzie ziegler, and singers and dancers
You introduced me to dance and I will love it
For my whole life and up in heaven
Shine bright abby shine shine shine
-alice ❤❤
Edit-ty for the likes stay strong abby x
Honestly, I love how passionate you are about hard working, not crying, being tough, and teaching stars!👏👏 You truly seem like a great dance teacher and I love that you truly wanted these girls to succeed!!!❤👏 Now look at all the girls succeeding!!👏😃
My daughter is a company dancer because of Dance Moms. She LOVED to dance with the girls. She’d wait in the hallway until they called the number and come out and follow their every move. Abby is a tough love, no nonsense teacher. If you want to be professional, that’s what you need. We have a wonderful studio with an amazing SO and our studio family is everything. My girl IS homeschooled and her 3 year old sister is right behind her! I’ll always have a soft spot for Abby Lee and the Dance Moms show 💖
“”Suck it up I don’t wanna see those tears”” would I actually say that to a 6 year old? YEAH” 🤣🤣 Atleast she’s honest.
More of these please! If you could turn back time would you do anything differently on Dance Moms? One of the most determined people on TV, keep it up Miss Abby, if only I had a dance teacher like you... wait... I did... Won marching band titles and everything. We always said our teacher channelled her inner Miss Abby
Make these longer, I promise people would watch this for 45 mins & be happy with it
Love you Abby! My mom and I would watch every week. I was just beginning my career as a teacher when the show started, and I definitely had an Abby Lee Miller side lol.
My mom passed away in 2020, but I am so thankful for the memories you gave us.
y'all imagine if Maddie Ziegler or McKenzie commented on this😭
Never going to happen. They wouldn’t even watch it.
“Suck it up!, now would I really say that to a six year old? ✨yEaaAh✨”
ABBY IS BACK!!!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Please always share your knowledge on the art of dance, as well as your enjoyable content!!!
I've followed you since the first episode aired and always will.
Love your biggest, dancer fan from Down Under 🇦🇺
Back when I was in high school (about 8 years ago) a friend of mine was a dancer who met Abby and I was so jealous! Lol she's so great :) I've always loved the show.
Abby, this needs to become a series on your channel! Would love to see you do more DM episode reactions if you are comfortable. It's so interesting to hear about the behind the scenes and your perspective on things.
I love how's shes like " here at the dance Studio in a SAFE SPACE " LIKE EXCUSE ME BUT A SAFEEEE SPACEE
yes please do a part 2!! it's so cool to hear your point of view and learn what it was like for you filming and behind the scenes!!
btw, you look so gorgeous ♡
@@emaan7023 Same. I think if I was given a chance to learn dance without it interfering with school and religion, I would 100% do it.
Abbey is looking really well. I’m pleased to see it.
Do more of these. My wife got me addicted to your show. As an actor and entertainer myself, I can respect your work ethic and where you are coming from. Like JoJo said, you are right.
the fact that my mom was a nurse for abby in 2013 lol
Was abby nice?
I love this and hope it becomes a series!!! I could listen to you talk forever. You don't even need the music or special effects. You have the gift of gab!
We love abby! She always uploads and brings a smile on my face!
Ms. Abby you’re brilliant and amazing ❤ Your tough love is what made these students excel in life
I’d love to see more!! Thanks for taking the time to do this, really enjoyed seeing your perspective!!
0:13 that is absolutely stunning
You should make a tbh(to be honest) series!!react to every episode and break them down like this tell your truth and set all the records straight!! I know you don't need to explain to anyone but we love this side of you queen ❤
Ok, yea there were corrections. But there were so many moments with adults including Abby. Where the yelling had nothing to do with corrections, and was incredibly harmful on the girls.
Seriously. MackZBoss really goes into detail about a lot of the horrible things she did.
@@annalupton9284ik
please tell us more this is actually really interesting and it teaches so much more about the dance world than the show could ever do
Loved this!! Its refreshing hearing you talk about your craft with passion, the kids that were on the show so respectfully. The line about how the concept of the new routine every week breaking your relationships with the girls and mums was so open and honest.
Abby looks so good, and yellow is her color!
6:26
“would I really say that to a six year old……. YEEEAAAHHH!”
Loved this video Abby! It was entertaining to watch and gave some insight on the show itself, I never knew that it really was not the “first episode filmed”. Keep up the great work
Love hearing the background of the show!! Looking forward to more! ❤️❤️❤️
First! I love u Abby! You got me into dancing! Tysm! 🤍
WE LOVE YOU ABBY LEE MILLER❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Omg yes yes yes! More please and thank you Miss Abby!! I miss watching you on tv so much! You look beautiful 💛 hope you are well and can't wait for a part 2!
Pregnant
i need more of these also side note abby looks BEAUTIFUL she looks very healthy too!
Id love to see you react to some of the most iconic moments and give details about what else went on behind the scenes❤️
i love how abby seems dissapointed in herself and now correctingherself
I was born in Pittsburgh and knew who Abby Lee Miller was. She really does tell the truth. I would’ve loved to be taught by her
