This is cool, however, I want to backup the essential security software as well that I downloaded at the beginning of usage of my new computer. Can I back that up within the system image because that saves me a lot of time once I have to restore it?

Frankly the Backupper started well and save me a lot of problems, but now it is a real pain. I left it running 24 hour to do a system backup and it just wouldn't stop. I. Couldn't cancel it and had no option but to pull the power. Now it is just as likely to start automatically and without notice, it freezes my screen. Is there schedule facilities, if so where do I find them?
The "Schedule" option is on the page when you tap on a certain backup-type tab. You can do your things and let it run in the background, if your backup target is huge then it will take a lot of time.

Both are available and depend on different situations. If your computer is bootable, you can choose to restore the system inside Windows. If your computer is unbootable then you can only boot from bootable media to restore the system.

My computer cannot boot so I use aomei to create bootable disk and system image which helped me a lot.
