- An Illinois woman says she's found the body of her sister, Stacy Peterson, missing since 2007. Stacy was the wife of cop Drew Peterson, the prime suspect in her disappearance. He's behind bars for the murder of another ex-wife. Cassandra Cales says images, first seen on NewsNation, show skeletal remains 25 feet below the surface. She found what she believes is the body using a remote-operated sonar vehicle but says the authorities are dismissing her discovery.
“If it’s not Stacy it’s someone else’s loved one that needs to be brought home” I hope they manage to retrieve the body
I’ve seen a lot of shows on RUclips where divers do charity work to help families like this. I hope they see this video.
Her mom went missing as well. Boyfriend was always suspected but police refused to investigate.
Why in the hell won’t someone help recover these remains???

Wish they could get ahold of those men that do that for peoples loved ones , I forgot what there team name was called, but they do it to help people find their lost loved ones and to bring closure and give their lost and deceased loved ones a proper burial, the men started doing it first to find old cars ! But ended up finding peoples lost loved ones.

Because the system is a complete failure. I stopped a drunk bum on Easter at the park who was grabbing an elderly lady's arm and the police wanted to charge ME with harassment and refused to charge him with public intoxication, littering right in front of them and disturbing the peace. The only reason I didn't get charged is because the bum refused to give a statement.

I live in Chicago and I haven't heard anything on my local news about this. Who knows it, might be her sister. I remember when Stacy went missing back then, then I knew she'll turn up deleted.
I’ve lived in Chicago for 34 years ago. This was covered but not about the sister finding her body.

I lived in Bolingbrook 4 blocks away when this travesty occured by the creature who swore to protect our community. The cover up around his house during the investigation and his actions during were simply appaling. Her sister is amazing. I would call "ADVENTURES WITH PURPOSE" to see if they can help. They have done more than the police in many of their recoveries. They found Kiely Rodni days after the police searched the same location allegedly (I have to add that). I don't think it's her. He reportedly put her in a blue barrel according to his brother who helped him load it on a truck.
IF it is a rock like the FBI was claiming in another interview they could have just brought it up and out of the water for her to see. :/ Such a horrible case and I'm glad it is on the news / getting the attention it needs.
