They have no training and the mentorship is terrible but I am determined to learn and so looked up commercial training on RUclips. Your videos popped up and I've been binge watching them and taking notes. Thank you for uploading these. It's my only life line right now and the value you share is unmatched. I'm in debt to you for this and am hoping to one day pay you back by doing a deal together. I'm based in the Nor Cal market but if I get a lead down in Socal you will be the first call.
