- This is a video walkthrough of the PC DOS game All Dogs go to Heaven. This isn't the one where you just color stuff, but an actual game of sorts. It tells the story of the movie while having you do mini-games. I apologize for the horrid sound that I guess the makers tried to rip from the movie in certain areas.....
And yes, I know I took my sweet time with a few things like the puzzle and the hangman game. I should have realized the word for hangman would have something to do with the freaking movie....
Anyways, enjoy!

I had wanted a All Dogs Go to Heaven game since I was young and first saw the movie. I just learned there was and dear GOD.
This is...terrible. I mean I know it's a dos box game just..ugh. Animation is choppy or awful, and every time there is sound or music its EAR RAPE.
The intro music being compressed to hell through the PC speaker which usually only does beep is kind of impressive...too bad it sounds like a nucular bomb went off while the song plays.
The PC speaker is a curse
Yeah, this must have been when PC speakers and computers were getting off the ground. I had a 2000’s Dell computer that had good speakers, but this is terrible.

That racetrack announcer sounds like a cross between angry quacking and two cats fighting
They did another one. It wasn't really much of a game though. They took a bunch of pictures from the movie, and made it so you could color everything in.

DOS version: makes the song really loud and distorted
Amiga version: much better quality but repeats the same part of the song for a painfully long time
I honestly can't decide which one is worse.

@DarkArtistKaiser Yeah, but I think the people who made this game wanted to try to put in sounds and whatnot directly from the movie, and obviously it wasn't quite the perfect transfer. I'm sure if they wanted to redo the music using more simpler sounds, it wouldn't sound so bad. Obviously someone thought it would be a good idea to rip the sound and voices right from the movie.
Without color this becomes the type of shit you'd hear about in a creepypasta because they did not optimize this game for computers without color at all

@DarkArtistKaiser Well, perhaps if you had played the game when it was new, you might be saying something different. You have to keep in mind when it was made and what people were able to do with computer games. Given, I agree with the ear rape statement....That is pretty bad... :P

This game is almost as bad as Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventur for the NES just watch the Angry Video Game Nerd's review of that sorry excuse of a game

Thats half true. The animation and such I udnerstand, but SOMEOEN had to say "FIX THE SOUND."
The main problem I have is the sound, and I doubt this sounded as appealing back than as it did now. Ive heard Dos box games of this era, and for the most part they would use simple sounds and music, not the actual voices and music since it makes that static sound you hear.
How come there's no Gameplay with Gator?
