You left out canned spinach as a protein. I bought several cans but have not tried it.
You have to doctor it up but it works. I have 6 cans. Good for soups. Bean soups..

@@wdfkTV8555 Well, I sometimes use spinach as side, but generally in Quiche. The accompanying eggs, cheese, and meat boost the protein content.
