1-Baba saheb also included OBC in constitution along with SC and ST.
2-centre govt has replied there is confusion on who is OBC so he advice them to constitute a committee to identify who are OBC and there total population .
3- After making several attempt by Ambedkar ji for OBC reservation between 1949 to 1951 the centre govt lead by brahamnwadi forces has denied to constitute commission for OBC.
4- Baba Saheb has resigned from cabinet on government's ignorance towards setting up commission of backward classes as the reasons of his resignation.which mounted pressure on Govt and they constituted a commission in 1953.
5- the commission (Dr Kaka Kalelkar commission) submitted its report in 1955 and rec.ommended 52% reservation to OBC .

On this day 26th January in 1950 India's constitution came into effect. This date was chosen as it was the anniversary of Purna Swaraj Day, which was held on January 26, 1930.
And another reason for 26 as the date is that the constituent Assembly adopted the constitution on 26 November 1949.😇
