New Hamilton veterinary clinic caters to low-income clients and their pets

A new veterinary clinic that caters to low-income clientele and their pets has opened in Hamilton.
The East Village Animal Hospital opens its doors on Thursday at 1400 Upper James St.
The clinic is committed to prioritizing vulnerable clients including low-income individuals and those on social assistance, animal rescue groups, humane societies and municipal shelters.
It does not offer services to cat or dog breeders.
