as for korean skincare, the prime day deals aren't as good as the current sales on yesstyle and olive young, for the products i want. so the only point is free shipping with no threshold, and very fast shipping.

That walking pad with no rails looks to a 71 year old who broke her femur 4 years ago like a disaster waiting to happen. I’ve found just marching around the house for 40 minutes is a pretty good workout. Thanks for the video!

You don't use it alone. Your likely using at a standing desk, so you'd lean against that while keeping it on low speed. I imagine you could use it at a sitting desk as well, though probably not as comfortable

Honestly you’re wasting money on topical treatments like creams/lotions. I know people say that building muscle helps, but only so much. Surgical intervention is way more effective.

Even my MD said in my 50's the loose skin has a snowballs chance in hell of snapping back. Sigh, I hope I can afford it. I qualify for a medical abdominal repair but I have heard those don't even begin to compare to a board surgeons GOOD ab surgery. Sigh, it is what it is. I will being to work out. Even a snails's amount of improvement would make me slightly happier. I am so embarrassed about this I honestly don't want to remarry. ( I was widowed very young.) It seriously makes me really down. IF I have to finance it, I just might. Ty again.

they claim it is, but personally i stopped using snail mucin bc i don't see how the products can possibly be as cheap as they are while treating the snails well.
Supposedly it's safely contained without agitating the snails because snail mucin from angry snails is not good for the skin.
