When I first ever heard this song I was like what kind of mess is this? But when I actually listened to it I realized how they were recounting what happened from multiple perspectives and not condoning what was done during the Nazi regime under Hitler. As heart wrenching the history behind this is, this is a beautifully and brilliantly composed song. I really love this raw cover version. It's a little jumbly but I think that lends to it's potency. I found this from watching the Hitler: The Rise of Evil film (it was part of a soundtrack or a scene video put together of the film). Definitely worth a watch, amazing cast, interesting perspective and very detailed of focusing in on small events that were very significant within the larger picture of what happened.
