Roki 4. Darvish 5. Musgrove That was likely the plan with Soto being traded. Once the money wasn’t available anymore Ohtani, Yamamoto and Roki kept there original plan but in LAinstead. Which left Darvish out and is why he has been so angry. I bet when the Padres are awful in 2026 and ready to rebuild they will let him go to LA
