out of curiosity, cant you get people from the flint tribe or the poachers ? i suppose they will have better stats than the plain barbarians.

You can, the only people I believe you can't convert to a tribesman is the Plunderers.
There's actually a handy trick that I haven't discovered yet in the video, if you press Q or Life Perception ability in the game it can show you if a person has titles or stats. I didn't know until I saw a random video using it LOL I wasted so much time trying to RNG abduct people
