Tweetsie Railroad: #190 With a Modified Whistle 7-14-2022.
After hearing the news that 190's whistle was modified (essentially fixed) we went back up to the Blue Ridge Mountains to listen to the new and hopefully final sound.
*This is still the same Crosby that 190 had since 1960. The whistle was not getting enough steam in one of the chimes. This was because a washer inside the whistle was too large not allowing steam through. In my opinion it sounds a lot better now.
*This will likely be the last Tweetsie video before Heritage Weekend.
