Dr Shashi Tharoor speech in LokSabha on Railways signalling system

Just before the security breach occurred in the Lok Sabha I was able to raise the problems being faced by railway commuters in Thiruvananthapuram because of the limitations of the existing signalling system. A solution must be found to avoid daily inconvenience to thousands of people.
