Twenty-odd years ago, I wanted desperately to build one of these. I even toured the kit factory in Florida, and was taken for a fam flight. The test flight bird had been built at the Korean air force academy, I was told. It had a sticky control column that led to my wife having a fright at one point. The factory does not sell complete aircraft. That's not how experimental "certification" works. Eventually, I learned during flight training that I would be a danger to myself, my passengers and the people on the ground if I ever got a pilot's license, so the desire faded.
@@ronstewtsaw thats a very cool story. At least in the simulator you can't be a danger to anyone else now. I do like how unique this aircraft is compared to just about anything else in the sim.
