Hennepin County thieves! Abuse of power! Stealing from the poorest and most in need. How dare they do this to this senior citizen.

What this county did to this lady is so unjust. At 94, they evict her, take her house, sell it for way less than it's worth, and keep the money. The government sees the elderly as expendable and not of sound mind, so it's easy to take advantage of them. Who was handling this lady's affairs? Paying her monthly bills? This should have never happened. What happened to her? She was probably banished to some depressing nursing home. Disgusting 😔

People need to obtain their allodial title to the property. If you don't you don't actually own it. Same for your car, but they call it the allodial title the MCO.

With regard to Hennepin County, I have personally dealt with them ~ they provide help through their Navigator program... This program forces you into a Confession of Judgement agreement whether or not you're able to afford it; assuming you won't be able to follow through so the County will eventually be able to take your property. I had no choice but to sign a COJ, they showed up at my door with the papers to sign; I am a 55 year old disabled woman who got behind on my property taxes when my husband left. I live on a very low fixed income, but none of this mattered, I had no choice - I recorded all of this when they showed up at my door - The Hennepin County Navigator person promised to help me with a budget so I could make the COJ payments, but once the papers were signed, he disappeared and I have heard nothing again. The County zooms in on those of us whose homes are paid for, with no mortgage and get behind on our taxes; they do NOT try to help us, they WANT our properties - that's the bottom line here.

Your Cestui Que Vie Trusts." Birth certificate paid in full for toir home. if a person is considered lost at sea, abandoned, dead, a lunatic, a minor or incompetent (has a Cestui Que Vie Trust) then not only may their property be held in guardianship, but that a contract may be established called an "annuity" whereby a value may be granted to the guardian or custodian by the purchaser of the contract in exchange for some form of ongoing income derived from maximising the value of the estate of the infant, lunatic, lost or "dead" person. The result is the birth of annuities through such acts of parliament as Life Annuities in 1703 .

If i owe you $20 bucks and all i have is a $100 dollar bill, would it not be fair to take the $100 and say you get no change back cause i took it, now it is mine, that's the law, this corrupt court said 200 years ago? Only the Government can come up with an unreasonable law. Anyone of us try to rob grandma and we should go to jail for theft or fraud or... Who is wrong is ridiculous.

Defining the details regarding the “takings clause” and “excessive fines” seems to be what is being argued here, is that correct? Blurred lines between abandonment versus forfeiture, then throw in intent to further complicate; clear definition is needed for questions that weren’t asked.

See have to look in her real estate contract. Some places do property taxes.
You can't put judges against the tax laws agreed upon for immigrants. Or the real estate office. Well I think contracts matter . She's probably not supposed to be in the supreme Court at the moment. We really must keep the courts ethical. And people have to make sure they're in the correct level of court. I think this particular case will cause the courts to be a little bit unethical and we don't want that to happen

So, doesn't she have to go to the small claims and sue for her remaining balance because they charged her too much. So if she gets fifteen hundred back then she might gotta sue for it in a different court that's not a supreme Court. Maybe some kind of circuit court. But I believe this case will cause the courts to be slightly unethical because .
But if that court refuses and she prove the judge was wrong then she would use that court because the judge was wrong. But she gotta use the ladder system though. But isn't that for people being charged or correcting a mistake from some type of criminal court. But people have to learn if their in the right court.

The bill of right applies in all states it so easy to fine the true.
These so-called courts are not "in law" but are simply acting on behalf of a corporate business enforcing it's contracts under the disguise of Equity Courts, Superior courts, Federal courts, District courts, Municipal Courts--Merchant Law, Military Law, Marshall Law, Summary Court Martial proceedings, and administrative ad hock tribunals (similar to Admiralty/Maritime) and appear to be governed by "The Manual of Courts Martial (under Acts of War) and the War Powers Act of 1933.
We need to END the EMERGENCY DECLARATION since we under of COLOR OF LAW.

The so-called courts are actually Corporate Arbitration Boards
    Consisting of an Arbitrator
    (so-called "Judge")
and a panel of corporate employees
    (so-called "Juries")
    Panel decisions (recommendation)
can be reversed by the Arbitrator
The so-called judge, a corporate "black-robe" referee, an actor (acting judge), sitting under a gold or yellow fringe flag becomes the "captain" or "master" of that ship or enclave and he has absolute power to make the rules at his whim as he goes. The so-called judge will sometimes not allow all of the facts to be heard because of his bias or is following orders of the corporate so-called government who may even want to have the case sealed from the public.
If one does not conform to the judge's wishes, the judge, without proper cause, will send the non-conformist to a psychiatric ward for evaluation (intimidation) and sometimes left there to be drugged and not released until one is willing to conform to the judge's bias.
This has happened many times in the latter years and has been personally witnessed by Myself concerning friends

And meanwhile, able body people are receiving free housing, food, etc., on the the tax payers dime and are not required to work. This is completely wrong to do to a 92 year old woman. Confiscating her home to pay for the debt, then to keep all of the money? No, it’s wrong.
