This is not a reasonable reply, at Airport they promised that every positive case they will do the refund. If tested positive at Airport people will lose entire money, for that you should do the needful. This is not acceptable. simply rejected the refund.

In 2021, indigo broke my trolley case. So I preferred vistara in 2022, but they cancelled my flight and rescheduled it to the next day. In Jan 2023, I travelled in Air India, pathetic service and worst seats ever….. But my return flight with SpiceJet was good with its new 737 max.
So everyone’s experiences are different with different airlines, but majority of Indian customer can’t avoid a particular airline, since we have to find out which airline ticket is affordable too…..
