One thing I noticed was sometimes the reflection of the camera on your eyes makes them go white and it adds to the effect of the character, kinda like seeing through the obfuscate into the true form of the kindred behind the mask he wears.
That was a great video. I find the twisted hatred and vengeance of this clan more interesting than the evil and madness that clans like Tzimisce seem to be known for.
The moment you said "We" sent shivers down my spine, and sent the cold dead heart a flutter. This is perhaps your greatest guide, my good man! and while I weep for this series passing, I look forward to what your channel will bring in the future!
This is so well told. It's almost hypnotic. In all these videos I had no idea your persona was Cappadocian... I thought for sure, Toreador. Or maybe Ventrue. Inspired, my good sir :)
Presenting Cappadocius/post-Embrace Sargon as the most idiotic of the Antediluvians due to the loss of his powerful, defining Avatar is the most sensible explanation of that character I have come across. He really always seemed too dumb and obtuse to be the founder of the Clan of scholars and prophets. At least post-Embrace madness makes sense of it all.
Laugh. Until the news report: "God has been eaten by a decrept GHOST". Then Caine is generation 1, Capadocius becomes generation -9999999 and starts a MEGA GEHENNA. Not only eatting Humans and Vampires but also the entire universe.
There are certain abilities in the Necromancy Discipline that lets vampires gain sustenance from Ghosts. The spectral traits transfers to blood , but only for basic things like waking up etc.
Pretty sure, the Harbingers were ALL visually, corpses, almost rotting. At least that was the information given to us. I also recall they didnt care about others seeing them, as they were so extraordinarily powerful, that they could do virtually anything, and not ever be noticed by humans unless they choose to be.
Sad to see this end, there is so much more ground I would love to see you cover. Like the Children of Osiris. Maybe move into the sects and how they operate, or Kindred history. None the less, Thank you for this great resource of for Vampire: The Masquerade.
From what I read online IIRC the Harbys were originally the dregs of the clan who failed the cool-kids test Cappadocius gave them. The Cappadocians were the largest clan but their founder wanted to weed out everyone who wasn't in for the right reasons (all the illiterates, impious, etc). So he asked the entire clan 3 questions, and whoever was dumb enough to say 'no' to all of them was left to die in the forgotten city. That said, I enjoyed your revelation that their eventual escape may have been Big C's plan all along...
Truly a good binge of videos to watch. In a way, the Masquerade makes two things clear. Truth is what you perceive as truth and what you accept. All vampire are liars and schemers. Yet listening to your videos and tales and point of views of the clans and just about the coming of the Final Night. Well done good sir.
And then a certain toreador neonate cries, "Come at me bro, I'm packing stolen Syndicate tech." Additionally I now know how to stat The Gentleman Gamer.
I believe it was partly thanks to torpor. Also there were hundreds or thousands of vampires locked inside of there. Between the two they would have had quite a lot of time.
A downright chilling video. However, I am left with two questions. First, do the Harbingers of Skulls embrace? As grand as their skill in necromancy and really, any discipline they could set their mind to is. A fresh perspective on the world from one of their own could very well be a grand boon. Secondly, and this is directed to the persona that plays the games on your channel. Are there any plans to play any part of the game Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines? Or are you simply sick of this question at this point and I've now placed you in a bad mood? The check my wards or get eaten sort of bad mood. Hey, Mage or not. I'm very, very aware that for all my reality warping gifts I still live in a frail mortal shell.
I was merely giving this dear fledgling advice so as to evade meeting the sun prematurely - though I suppose you are, in fact, correct. ( Zero is my ST :) )
Meeps at those final few seconds. Has a mouth of unusual size. Wonders if being an elder might offer some protection. M. the Malk, and former associate of the Harbingers. Don't ask how the HELL that happened.
The schtick and name are cringe but you’re the best vampire actor I’ve seen and every video is very informative. Much respect. Yes I understand the irony of my original statement.
Thank you for this most enjoyable series. I have no doubt that once you achieve your satisfaction (whether or not that satisfaction comes from vengeance), you will find some way of passing the time. After all, you have Iain M. Banks' wonderful Culture novels to inspire you. What better way to invest your talents than to build synthetic Minds vastly more intelligent than any of our own? The humans could certainly do with some drug-glands, and I would love to party aboard a GSV. Very best of luck.
Another great video, and thank you, but there is one thing that really grates at me. It is Kaymakli, not Kaymalki. I checked if it isn't misspelled someone in the books, but I can't find this spelling anywhere.
Did you do your intro? I thought this was an interesting attempt to bring the Caps back. I thought the don't use pc knowledge part in their description was interesting, though a little off putting.
Congrats on the explosive climax of this gargantuan series! So, we finally learn your clan eh? I'm still wondering what the clan of Ander's gravedigger and vampire scholar was. He said it was "close to Gangrel".
I was waiting for this one...well done, sir. I enjoyed our little chats, elder. You Harbringers cannot win this war...but you don't need to 'win'. I just hope you can destroy these pompous, decadent, vile Giovanni before it all ends. Good Luck hunting and...farewell, kindred. Excellent video, very insightful and a good ending to this series. Hope we will see more of you in the future.
The capuchin was/ is Lazarus if you read first edition of clanbook Giovanni there is a grey tinted boxed out block of text that questions who the Capuchin is....each sentence practically begins with the Capuchin true name.....
The Gentleman Gamer I have noticed your particular disdain for the, shall we say, "less-than-marginal" bloodlines. I have scoured every inch of Lamia lore that I can find, yet I'm afraid the books don't yield much. It's unfortunate, as I crave to bring one into a chronicle (if indeed their reappearance is anything short of impossible). I constantly read of the Camarilla Blood-Hunt, and how even the most transient of the bloodline were snuffed out by 1718, but never found anything pertaining to the details of this. What of Medea and Hippolyta?
Did ONLY cappadocians enter the prison or did dome Lamia and Giovanni enter too? Basicaly, I have a Lamia character from Dark Ages who was a viking, embraced some time in the 9th century and from what I can remember, last time Played him it was getting clos to 1444. I am wondering if there is anyway he could survive to see the Masquerade days and Gehena?
Imaginary Star Studios I DID think about an underwater torpor in the bottom of the ocean. Anywhere else the Giovanni could just get their human servants to find me during the day and burn me in the sun. Even with protean 3, they can still dig me up, right? Haven't played in years, so I don't think so don't remember. If any Lamia have a chance of survival, I think mine has a pretty decent shot. As of last time I played he was 600 years old and had been hunting werewolves for, I think 400 years and actualy held a silver two-handed sword in each hand. If the Giovanni attack him head on, They would probably eventualy kill him but there would be a lot of dead Giovanni. Am I right? 😜
There's no way for even Werewolves to dig up those who are Earth Melded. No, it just made no sense for why you have a male as Lamia. See if the Bahari would protect you.
Actualy Lamia were predominently female but there were a very few selected males. If I remember well they were less strictly female than the Daughters of Cacauphony.
Very very good, Sir. I just finished the 13 Clan Novels that show the "happenings" in 1999 that ultimately lead to Gehenna and the Awakening of the Antedeluvians. Still, I am disappointed somehow because of the... ...let's say missing Action and the descriptions of the direct Involvement of all the Old Ones that was for example shown in the Masquerade of the red death - Trillogy, or - of course - in the Gehenna Novel. Did you read these Novels, and what is your oppinoin of that?
Well done Sir Gentleman, and a fitting end.I must say that the passing of eons have only molded and sharpened your cotterie to a greater path, so i must ask to myself, how could that be bad? And as a reminder: Know that apotheosis could only be, an overrated goal doom to fail, in the possession of such lowly hands. ;)
This is a little random and out there but i wanted to know how the gent feels about the upcoming WOD MMO? Maybe do a video about it and how you feel about mmo's and the translation between roleplaying and online gaming, if you think it's possible to translate the cWOD into an mmo, etc.
cute=) of all the bloodlines my favorite is probably harbingers. The anger and utter inhumanity are a great inspiration for high end games. Unfortunately the neonate game play fits them poorly, yet for a elder cotery they could be horror not even dreamed of.
One thing I noticed was sometimes the reflection of the camera on your eyes makes them go white and it adds to the effect of the character, kinda like seeing through the obfuscate into the true form of the kindred behind the mask he wears.
So I'm not going sane, THANK YOU!
Always reminds me of the synths in Blade Runner.
That was a great video. I find the twisted hatred and vengeance of this clan more interesting than the evil and madness that clans like Tzimisce seem to be known for.
The moment you said "We" sent shivers down my spine, and sent the cold dead heart a flutter.

This is so well told. It's almost hypnotic. In all these videos I had no idea your persona was Cappadocian... I thought for sure, Toreador. Or maybe Ventrue. Inspired, my good sir :)
I definitely get mortician vibes from this specific video so makes sense to me
"Diablerise God" always makes me laugh.
Same.
At least post-Embrace madness makes sense of it all.
why laugh? according to the lore,. god is not a good guy as well.
@@simonedarionardella3957 well not dumb, he was c hosen for his intellect and his interest in matters surrounding death. he just made a big mistake.
Laugh. Until the news report: "God has been eaten by a decrept GHOST".
Then Caine is generation 1, Capadocius becomes generation -9999999 and starts a MEGA GEHENNA. Not only eatting Humans and Vampires but also the entire universe.
you, sir, pull off creepy well.
There are certain abilities in the Necromancy Discipline that lets vampires gain sustenance from Ghosts. The spectral traits transfers to blood , but only for basic things like waking up etc.
Oh yes. A Lasombra should certainly not try to rage against the sun. That would be silly.
I come back to these videos from time to time, much appreicated, great work! :)
An excellent series of videos good sir!
The in-character storytelling format really brings this all to life.
Perfect ending for the perfect series, you Sir(e) have made splendid work with theese.
Pretty sure, the Harbingers were ALL visually, corpses, almost rotting. At least that was the information given to us. I also recall they didnt care about others seeing them, as they were so extraordinarily powerful, that they could do virtually anything, and not ever be noticed by humans unless they choose to be.
I just read the Gehenna novel and it was very enlightening. Kapaneus is a very interesting Cainite who is the Capuchian.
i'm showing these videos to my players so that they may better understand the clans they have chosen to play. Thank you for these videos.
The name of Milliner is being mentioned a lot in the Tacoma, WA area lately. Just figured you might like to know.
I'll be making a trip out Seattle way again then.
Once again, fantastic storytelling on behalf of a clan/bloodline
Sad to see this end, there is so much more ground I would love to see you cover. Like the Children of Osiris. Maybe move into the sects and how they operate, or Kindred history.

Just about to check your playlist, but if you haven't already, I'd love to see you air your thoughts and opinions on Caine himself.
A great finale to your guides. I'm looking forward to what you do next.
Bravo! Bravissimo!
A fantastic series of videos. Thank you.
Thank you for watching them!
a masterpiece ot RP perfomance.A tip ot the hat to you sir
Great series! Thank you for making these clan videos! I really enjoyed them
An interesting watch, with V5 out. I wonder what this characters thoughts about the Hecata would be.
Same here. My series maybe basic introduction to the Tribes, but I only own three Tribebooks to do more in depth tales.
Thank for watching!
What a grand finale for great series. What else do you have in mind? Werewolves?
What about doing a review of Kindred of the ebony Kingdom, I'd like to hear your thoughts on the Cappadocian bloodline down in the dark continent.
Thanks for watching them!
I appreciate you getting through them.
The Sabbat are a blunt sword, but heavy.
It was awsome! It is really your best video! Can not wait for next one!
You made me want to create Harbringer character ^^
I'm glad you liked it!
And then a certain toreador neonate cries, "Come at me bro, I'm packing stolen Syndicate tech."
Additionally I now know how to stat The Gentleman Gamer.
I believe it was partly thanks to torpor. Also there were hundreds or thousands of vampires locked inside of there. Between the two they would have had quite a lot of time.
Epic video, wondered how you where gonna cover the hos.
A downright chilling video. However, I am left with two questions. First, do the Harbingers of Skulls embrace? As grand as their skill in necromancy and really, any discipline they could set their mind to is. A fresh perspective on the world from one of their own could very well be a grand boon.

Coirister? Or Hermetic? Perhaps a son of ether?
I was merely giving this dear fledgling advice so as to evade meeting the sun prematurely - though I suppose you are, in fact, correct.
( Zero is my ST :) )
Coming up next, the sagas of the Garou Tribes. As soon as I get the den to myself I intend to get the Silent Strider video done.
Bravo good sir, great series!
Meeps at those final few seconds. Has a mouth of unusual size. Wonders if being an elder might offer some protection.
M. the Malk, and former associate of the Harbingers. Don't ask how the HELL that happened.
Thank you for saying so!
I'm glad you liked them!
Would love to see some video's on 'famous' kindred characters, like Vykos, Anatole, Becket and Lucita Aragon. Any chance we will get a few, Gent? ;-)
The schtick and name are cringe but you’re the best vampire actor I’ve seen and every video is very informative. Much respect.
Yes I understand the irony of my original statement.

I appreciate your words.
Another great video, and thank you, but there is one thing that really grates at me.
It is Kaymakli, not Kaymalki. I checked if it isn't misspelled someone in the books, but I can't find this spelling anywhere.
You are correct of course, and I have no idea why I kept saying it like that.
sad to see this go but the best of luck to you in the future
Awesome! :D im dissapointed these are ending but still glad to have them. Will u be doing videos on the sects next?
Did you do your intro? I thought this was an interesting attempt to bring the Caps back. I thought the don't use pc knowledge part in their description was interesting, though a little off putting.
I will be doing more WoD videos.
Congrats on the explosive climax of this gargantuan series!
So, we finally learn your clan eh? I'm still wondering what the clan of Ander's gravedigger and vampire scholar was. He said it was "close to Gangrel".
nice ending to the series. can't wait for the werewolf tribe videos. hope it's not too much to ask for one on the black spiral dancers :p
Indeed. His work is immortal, though. It will likely outlive us all.
I really want to listen to the gentleman talk about Lamias!
Ah, I remember that part with the underground city while I read of the final nights... Oh Beckett.
Excellent telling.
You and your friends are too kind.
The capuchin was/ is Lazarus if you read first edition of clanbook Giovanni there is a grey tinted boxed out block of text that questions who the Capuchin is....each sentence practically begins with the Capuchin true name.....
Has there been a video on the Lamia bloodline? I haven't been able to find one.
I am hoping for this also. Currently have a character obsessed with the clan and am interested to get more info.
Not yet. I'm not sure if I'll do one.
The Gentleman Gamer I have noticed your particular disdain for the, shall we say, "less-than-marginal" bloodlines. What of Medea and Hippolyta?
Of course!
Here's a question, was there an in-character reason for this Harbinger to educate the neonates?
Werewolves will be covered once I have Onyx Path approval to do what I intend to do.
If the Giovanni didn't destroy them, then the Inquisition most certainly would
It doesn't matter, the great retcon of V5 has already granted them life
Did ONLY cappadocians enter the prison or did dome Lamia and Giovanni enter too? Sorry for the spelling mistakes
Nelson Cherrier Torpor would make that possible, would it not?

Our heroic Gangrel man!
Bravo, very well done!
Very well done indeed.
I may well delve in to the Laibon at some point.
Very very good, Sir.

I would like to see some videos about the Week of Nightmares and the scenarios described in the Gehenna book
Awesome video! Slightly unsettling, but very informative :)

Dude, you should be doing audiobooks.

I think they're excellent.
A Lasombra should be free to rage against the night.
What about them?
This is the last Vampire clan one!
Thank you!
I agree. What hubris.
Hmm. I'll think on it.
I tried to message you and heard nothing. What do you think about this?
Skape Rend on kickstarter?
What's the music name used in the intro?
Clubbed To Death, I believe
Andre made the intro.
I will do!
I'll be using my smartphone so quality is going up.
They consumed souls.
Thanks!
The HoS and the Baali? That would be telling.
Cheers!
I'd love to hear this gentleman's thoughts on CCP's take on WoD too.
