- Scream must be my favorite horror movie if I were to pick one. I can't belive it's almost 30 years since the first movie came out!
There has been a lot of different Scream costumes available for purchase, but for the 25th Anniversary, Fun World, the original makers of the mask released a very special edition that is as close to Screen Accurate as you can get, unless you're willing to spend $400 or more.
I got mine from Cappel's but there are lots of sellers out there:
www.cappelsinc...
And looks like it is also available on amazon (affiliate link)

Considering the costume in the movie was purposefully a cheap off the shelf halloween costume this shouldn't be that hard to replicate.
Good point. It's definitely "in-universe"
Sure in universe it was cheap, but irl, the production on those robes are pretty pricey. That's why all the store bought ones are lame
I was 10 when I saw this movie and when I walking into scream 6 in the theater they let me in because I'm a horror fan... 😅
Screamrobes definitely makes the best and accurate robes when it comes to customes.
The 25th anniversary robes are a similar version to the first movie robe without the tie piece to the chest. You can modify the hood with a thicker foam and sew the gloves on to make it more like the movie robe.
Edit: those bibbed mask are also the 25th anniversary mask. They're great to wear if you can put a shroud in it.
planning on making some modifications. Might try a screameobe at some point too. Do you have one?
How would you go about putting the thicker foam in the hood?
@shesaidwhat2491 you would need to follow the pattern line of your hood so I would take pics of if before unstitching it, as for the foam, Eva would be best since you can form it easily. The foam insert within the hood can be used for a your layout so as long you follow it, it should come out even. Just be sure to really tuck in the angles so it doesn't pop out once you sew it back.
It's obvious the aged is a defect but honestly the deformed look is a killer
I feel like if they’re was a real ghost face killer this would be the costume he’d probably buy in real life since they are sold everywhere instead of being a custom one of a kind easy to track robe but a costume sold online and in stores everywhere basically would be a better choice so it’s kinda cool too see a outfit that could work in real life
exactly, so in a way this is the closest to the in-universe costume you can get.
@@mariuscinematicuniverse facts I like the shorter drapes as well they’re not that noticeable and more practical I own some custom ones with og drapes from the movies and they get snagged on a lot
@@mariuscinematicuniverse I also feel like if you wanted to change it up and make it your own universe robe you could add longer drapes in the back with sparkle facing out and keep the short ones in front to give it a unique look
To make the cheap mask look better, maybe try tucking the bottom black “shroud”/flap in your shirt, all of that aside thanks for reviewing it for us fans!
yes, didn't realize it was out when I filmed it :)
There is velcro at the top of the rob to cover your chest and that robe is a hybrid from the first 3 movies. Also you would be better off with a 2023-24 eu style ghostface mask
Yeah this dude seems like he only knows half of what he's talking about tbh
with some quick modification and upgrades the robe you could get it way more accurate i think, foam in the hood, drawstrings...
Yeah I think it could be made real nice. One of these days I will try to get around to it...
How would you put foam in the hood?
@@RolzareTTV youtube doesnt let me put a picture link to show you T-T, can i contact you somewhere else?
You can reshape the masks by using a blow dryer to shape it back to normal. Great video
Thank you, and I'll try the heat trick
Hello Ted , and Roco good stuff. Hope you're country has a big turn around for the good, god bless you and your family and have a merry Christmas and a happy new year if I don't see you by then, lol from Australia 👍👍
Amazing video! Suprised there are only 2 comments. You earned yourself a sub :)
Than you!
You're lucky that you have a ghost face costume
Where’d you get this costume from?
I got mine from Cappel's, I put a link the description. But as long as it's from FunW9rld and it's the 25th Anniversary with Metalic Fabric you can buy it anywhere that sells it
I bought the Deluxe ghost face from spirit Halloween and the mask has a plastic mold inside to prevent deforming. Same with the 25th anniversary masks they have
nice. that must be an upgrade from last year then
I don't like elsewhere but I like scream😂😂
The 25th anniversary one looks better . Im looking at getting a ghostface costume for Halloween and it looks like i will have get a mask separate. Ive already ordered a screen accurate knife .
this is the 25th anniversary edition. Which knife did you get?

Is there any Way to buy Funworld Products in Germany? It's not on Amazon or anything.
hmm not sure, you might be able to email funworld and ask who their european distributors are. Maybe check ebay as well?
@@mariuscinematicuniverse Yeah i could ask them. I could use Ebay too but i got scamed there a couple of times🤷. But i'll find a Way.
Hast du was gefunden? 😂😅
wheres the voice changer box?
surprise sidney
I have been looking for one. I picked up one that was "supposed" to be a scream voice changer, but it was terrible
How tall are you man? Did it fit well?
I'm around 5'9, and it fit. It is a little loose, but it is supposed to be flowing, so there's some room there.
I have a expensive robe by Scream robes I got it off eBay second hand
nice score
why do they still insist on making the eye hole see through? i dont get it. it makes it seem very cheap.
I found a easy way around it, since they dont sell realistic eye part just put on eye black around your eyes under the mask
@@Guapp1x ironically when i got my 25th anniversary costume, they did better with the mesh. most likely got alot of complaints, so they made adjustments.
How tall are you btw so I can buy the robe
I'm about 5'9
The 25th masks sold by themselves are made specifically for display on the wall or on a bust. That's why it has an entire hood attached. You should be wearing a regular EU with the costume.
If your wondering the blue spots were a factory mestake when making the 25th ghost face mask but now kts been fixed
I heard it had been fixed, but don't have any new ones (other than the one that came with the costumes).
Can this costume fit for an 12 even if it says "one size fits most"?
(I am getting this robe for christmas so I wanna know please respond and tell me)
on fun world it days it fits 6' up to 200 lbs, but I'm sure it will fit more, but might be snugger than intended.
You can probably reach out to fun world directly and ask.
Ik this is late but I'm 6'2 and even the robe was way too long on me. It's pretty much procedure for everyone to shorten their robes, so you don't trip lol. You'll just need to take some scissors and cut a few inches off, then cut the tatter pattern back back onto the bottom. Triangle tatters for Scream 1, square tatters for the others, not too hard
Edit: pretty sure they've made a child sized one as well if needed
@Redemptify You're full of shit. I'm 6'0" and the suit doesn't even go down that low, in fact, it's perfect. Don't know what you're "tripping" on but maybe you just can't walk?
@@Redemptify I ordered the large size children sized and I think it fits
@@WitheredBonnieOfficial2Ive been thinking about getting the child large too bro, how tall are you did yours fit well? Im 5’7 and a skinny dude at 115lbs
