I am intrigued to know the same. I have been searching for an answer to my god awful audio from the Gopro Hero 8 Black, modified with dead cat taped over mic ports but the audio is still woefully bad. Can I ask how you mount/position your Zoom h2n to get the best audio without suffering wind noise? Do you use a separate mic routed near the exhaust?? Any advice gratefully appreciated 🙏
I love it too man, i will be buying one in 2021! A friend of mine offer to sell me his used with a Akrapovic Titanium and alot of other goodies. I cannot wait to get my hands on one.
Genuine question: what do you mean, “it’ll be restricted”. I’m from the US and I’m guessing that’s a UK thing? I’ve never ridden the mt07 but I have a mt09 and I love every bit of it. Would the MT07 be your first bike?
@@mrkthmn in Europe at least, we have a series of different licenses, you can get the A1 license at 16 years old but you can only ride up to 125cc bikes. At 18 you can get the A2 license which gives you access to the big bikes, however, they must be power restricted with a tune and sometimes a restrictive plate on the air box to right about 40 to 45 hp I'm not sure the exact number. And only on bikes that allow that type of restriction, such as the Mt-07 , triumph trident 660, Honda Cb650r, and other ones. If you ride a 300cc with the A2 license you won't need to restrict it because it doesn't go above the power limit of the license. Unfortunately, if you want to buy a restricted bike at 18, and can't wait to have the full power output, you'll have to wait till you're 24 years old to get the A license so you can ride any bike with no limitations, it's much more complex that the MSF Course you guys have in the US. And a lot more expensive since you have to pay for each license to have riding classes, and on the first time you get a license, for example at 16 when you get the A1, you have to pay to do an exam of 10 questions about motorcycle safety and road signs.
@@warwolf_0161 FYI, in Germany you also can get your A license if you have your A2 license a minimum of 2 Years. So you can drive an open bike at 20 if you do everything as early as you can
Damn that's crazy restrictions, sorry to here that. Thank god out her in Canada doesn't. I've got an mt09 and apsolutly love it but love the sound of the 07 sounds amazing.
It's funny how quick you pick up on the throttle wrist flicks to get the cracks and pops 😊 I've only just gotten my first bike in April this year (2021). Have bought a new '21 MT09, fitted a carbon Akra to it (and about £3k of other mods) and I catch myself doing the throttle flicks 🤣 Its in for its 6k mile service next week and then due to be remapped now that Yamaha have unlocked the coding. DNA stage 2 air filter first, then remap, can't wait. Cracking video mate, bike sounds awesome 👌
@@nth842 Thanks man 👍🏻 You would think that by being 44 years old, all the "ride fast or die" attitude would have subsided 😬 Not in my case, I'm already down to Mode 1 and already thinking of getting an MT10 🤦🏼♂️ The MT09 is a real hooligan machine and the front wheel is skipping around all the time wanting to be in the air. My next challenge is "Wheelie School" 🤣🤣 Stay safe and happy riding mate 👍🏻

i kno this might not make sense to some -- sometimes i miss my mt07 -- right now i ride a mt10 -- its great but there was something different about the mt 07
I'm new to bikes, but what's the difference between the Mt 07 and other Mt models, other than ccs? Is there a better one when it comes to fuel efficiency or which one of the models runs the best
It's the power difference, handling performance in terms of suspension etc and electronics as you go up the models. For fuel economy the lower CC is better but you dont have the power or the upgrades such as cruise control, adjustable suspension. As for which one suits you depends on what you plan to use it for :)
@@RIDEPOV oh I got it! Thanks! Well I plan on using it for university and work back and fourth. I want one where I wouldn't spend much money on it if an issue happens and fuel economy wise
well if its mostly commuting the 125s are perfect but if you have the license for a 300cc then it would be better for long term as it has more power for motorways etc but its still very fuel efficient
On older bikes with a lot of miles on it you can also just rev it up and instead of completely letting go of the throttle, you hold the throttle right under where it would pick up. Say you revved to 60% throttle at 7000rpm you can let it go to 50% throttle at 6500rpm and then let your throttle go down with your rpm. That way you get a lot of pops and bangs
I wish you'll get an another bike soon (some mid cc), put a full system on it, and make even more beautiful videos. That are best on youtube, no doubt 👍

You have to buy a digital audio recorder.
Like zoom H1N digital recorder
Real bikers don't explain themselves. But your bike is acceptable.
I love how your description says shot on croseld private roads , additional vehicles are stunt drivers 😂😂
🤫
you do realise that people are living their dreams through you and your channel
so keep up the good work and keep posting
nice video
thanks ✌️✌️
Your MT sounds incredible and I'm loving the tank graphics too. I miss bombing through London on a bike, the commute was the best part of the day 👌
It's chaotically fun and challenging to ride in central
this guy is so crazy! driving on the wrong site of the road the whole vid ;) nice video keep it up

It’s common in London, there hugging that line.
Brilliant exhaust sound with crackling... soooooo good!
😉
This channel is the sole reason for me buying my mt07

Smart rider, rides so carefully

Watching this makes me miss my mt07 just got it this year all new and fell on my way to work and got my leg amputated so no more riding for me😭

I've the new 2021 mt07 with zard exaust. Is for the moment 35kw only but wow, i'm so happy🤩 from Switzerland i like your videos bro
Die Zard klatscht, ist meiner Meinung nach mehr Wert als ein Akra wenn man legal fahren will.

Only de Akra & quickshift and pops like this. Or you have fitted other things like engine map or something like this?

h2n in a backpack no muffs on it, always had some sort of noise from muffs

Where do you place the H2N? Is it just in your pocket or do you mount it on the bike itself?

soo many signals omg
What's up with the headlight beam pointing directly at the ground 15ft in front of you?

When I do video, wind sound come to the video. what can I do please advice me ?
Man I miss this bike :(
What is your night config in gopro?
Probably using a high ISO value to get more light into the camera cause you can see alot of grain in the footage, not sure about the other settings.
@RIDE POV Hi there,
can we get the behind-scenes of editing footage of your videos.
How do you record sound? Microphone near the exhaust, maybe under the seat?
i think he runs it to a backpack with a mic inside
In a bag
the disclaimer hahahahaha of course they are!!! LOL
dude can you turn up the volume a bit more when you edit the video? because I want to enjoy the beautiful voices of MT 07
The audio is perfect, unless youre listening on a phone speakers
comfy ride
I’m sure this is a dumb question but how does your bike not stall out when you take your hands off the throttle and the clutch?
momentum if in gear, or neutral?
Wonder how much he payed them Stunt Bus drivers xD
Did you buy the lcd flip only or the blue filter too ?

Polarised film I believe
@@albanpaul907 okay never seen it before so I was confused 😅
German TÜV says no to pretty much all the stuff you put on it haha
In the US is legal
How do you get your bike to pop? Is it tuned for pops?
The bike hasn't been tuned.
If you rev out abit and just flick the throttle abit it should do pops, you can see he flicks his hand abit
On older bikes with a lot of miles on it you can also just rev it up and instead of completely letting go of the throttle, you hold the throttle right under where it would pick up. Plug and play with settings to be honest
