What the hell? Nobody told me you could fly to any star and find more planets seamlessly. Elite, Star Citizen, and No Man's Sky can EAT THEIR HEARTS OUT. WHERE WAS THE HYPE FOR THIS GAME?!?!
Have you heard of Space Engine? It does the same thing with more variety, except you can't dig holes (but you can be a space ship). You can go inside black holes, primordial galaxies at the edge of the universe, skirt the molten super-megalithic mountains of a Red Super Giant, etc. You can also change time to be something like 1*10^10 faster. Newtonian physics, planetary rings, eclipses, etc. One of my favorite things to do is stand in Northern Greenland, turn the speed up to x1000, and watch the stars spiral in a circle for 6 months.
Space engine isn't really a game though. And the "ships" don't control very well at all or have any weight to them.
If only the developers of this game had the budget to make it a perfect super hero game omfg this is so simple yet amazing concept

Imagine a nice sunny day. Suddenly Aliens appear, but you are saved: an all-powerful being nukes them from the sky.
Then suddenly the skyscraper next to your office goes down.
All you hear is Dan's Voice saying: "Sorry."

You can destroy the entire planet if u hold the blast button for 30 seconds while above a city( u have to be high enough to see the whole city). After 30 seconds let go of it and it will destroy the entire planet
3 things:
1) you can destroy planets if you charge the kamehameha enough
2) if you fly fast enough you can go literally through planets
3) water level isn't the limit; you can dig below

If this game gets mods...it'll be unbelievable. I've read a few reviews and it seems as though the game has awesome potential, but is perhaps lacking in a few areas. If content, abilities and mechanics can be added and tweaked through modding, I'll definitely buy and love this game.

Should have bought it regardless, was cheap as fuck and it offers a experience literally no other game can even come close to offering.
I want a 3rd person mod with superman texture, I want a Melee combat mode, and pvp. I want to be able to land and walk around without rocks floating around me. Basically, that's it for now. Game does so much right and leaves me wanting more.

This game needs a villain mode where the military starts trying to kill you and eventually escalates to the Galactic Federation and space mercs hunting you down.
So you're basically Rick, except more superpowers.

The free roam / villain mode is in the top 1 list of the requested features, so they are working on making this game better, cant wait!
To be honest with the amount of work and effort put into this game, there probably a planet out there which is the homeworld of all the aliens

No Man's Sky bragged about having achieved this sort of technology, failed at it, and then this game goes and actually does it without any fanfare whatsoever. Amazing. It's like the Jesus of game development showed up and said to the world, here, a gift from game heaven.

The character you play as it's like chemo and the aliens are cancer. The aliens will slowly kill the entire planet but chemo can get rid of them but will probably end up causing a lot of collateral.

I like how a 16 dollar game that doesn't even put the emphasis on space exploration is still better at it than No Man's Sky.

things this game needs:
1. the ability to continue playing even after the bar reaches zero.
2. villian mode
3. the ability to slow down and speed up time at will
4. being able to take over a person or car (Driver:SF-style) and maybe try to survive alien attacks or maybe do the planet-destroying kamama thing and watch the city get destroyed at ground level.
Soooo lil fun fact. This game now handles VR, and you can tweak it so cities health mean absolutely nothing

How does this game exist and not be way more popular? I wish it had blown up like games such as Goat Simulator or whatever did, because then the devs could have done so much more these past years.

*JUST WANT TO CLARIFY!!!* There is NO limit to how deep you can dig. You simply need to wait till you get the DRILL power. Then you can dig into the ground. Also, you can keep switching between megaton blast and drill to go from one side of the planet to the other. You can also download the VILLAIN mod AND there are many trainers including simply using cheat engine to remove cooldowns on powers. Also, If you HOLD DOWN THE BUTTON for the MEGATON BLAST for about 2 and a half minutes, and release all that built up energy, you will destroy the ENTIRE PLANET!!!
WHERE HAS THIS GAME BEEN ALL MY LIFE! It's like a playground for your brain. Amazing, my childhood superhero fantasies coming true.

I was literally in awe when I saw you can go to individual galaxies, and each has what looks like thousands of solar systems with its own planets you can actually land on. I know what game I'm buying next.
1: activtate the afterburner on a planet the leave, you'll fly between galaxys MUCH MUCH faster.
2: charge the gigaton blast for a minute then fly up and away just as you launch it in the city. You'll destroy the planet.
