If your channel gets terminated then their lawyers can prove that you broke RUclips's community guide lines and since you don't really own the channel but something like license (The Crew game by Ubisoft is great example why digital licensing sucks ass) so they can take it away anytime. Second thing is that if you got terminated for promoting that specific website, then it probably isn't verified by Google or RUclips as they stated "Online gambling sites not yet reviewed by Google or RUclips" in "Illegal or regulated goods or services policies". You can ask the owner(s) of that website to make an review and if they are legitimate then it should be verified and you could have a some chance to gain access to account. If it was for copyright strike, you can once again ask the owner(s) of that website to claim it because they are the only one that could do that as they are the owner of audio and video and only they can prove it that they own it (since they only gave a permission to use that in you video). I'm not a lawyer or anything close to that so take it as you want. You should definitely do more investigation on your own and I really hope that this isn't the end for you as I really like your content.
