@@Cole_CrossThat's exactly what that was. Every single person, aside from you, missed it and I'm genuinely confused and concerned about why....
@@CoxDiesel21Animals don’t like being caged even when they’re not being punished🤦🏾♂️
@@BL-kh1rs Jesus Christ, and YOU missed it, EVEN FURTHER, and after I pointed out who said the correct thing. This isn't about a cage, it's about the bark. Also, you're objectively wrong. Canine's are denning animals. Meaning, they'll find or create a den for shelter and safety. This is also why domesticated canines feel comfortable in crates and willingly walk their own asses into their crates to nap, sleep, chew on things. You're objectively wrong. Go away, child.
His voice is so soft and cute-😭

I couldn't figure out what that was...!! Thank you 😊 I thought maybe it was his old cage and he didn't like it... but mimicking a dog growl makes total sense 👏
CUZ IT IS A BIRD CAGE NOT A DOG CAGE 🤣🤣🤣
And that's important why????
@@OwensShadow276he imitated the dog's bark I think
Probably cause it hates being in it ..
I have fallen in love with Apollo...
He speaks so softly and calmly. He's a real gentleman

yeep! too often when a long springy thingy is at hand near desk... a thick wire, machinist ruler etc... I kind hold it down but hanging off the edge of desk and give it a good twang 😂 damn those compulsions, but the *BNNNNNnnnnnnnng* are worth it.

My mom had an old African Grey. His name was pinkie. He died about 2 years ago at 42 years old from a liver disease. He was such a talker. Whenever he heard knocking he would screaming “COME ON IN” in the most country accent ever. It was amazing. In the mornings when he first spotted my mom he would make the sound of liquid being poured into a cup to remind her to get her morning coffee. And whenever we were getting scolded and he heard it he would go “oooooo BUSTED” like a little kid😂😂😂
Damn that one smart bird
I also want a bird like this

I love how you can just hold the twins and they're just super chill. And Ophelia chirping when he picks the right bird.
This is amazing. I used to think they could only mimic sounds, but this bird is actually communicating
Nope. Large parrots can link words to actual objects and remember the correlation ^-^

what a great demonstration!! showing the metal bowl after the glass bowl and having him distinguish between the two, is a great exercise!! :3
You can tell he learned from that dude. He sounds just like him.

I’m late but I think Apollo’s voice is determined by who’s voice is his “preferred” one. My friend’s grey lives with 4 people (her, her husband, her uncle, and her daughter). Despite her husband spending the most time teaching him how to talk…he picks up the uncle’s voice.
Ah yes, the good ol' method of "Slamming your face into something 5 times until you know what it is made out of," works every time
Birb life xD
It works for all my friends.
Well, it was either that or crush it in his beak. Both are fun, too.

Apollo’s pronunciations are just so great….i love how sharp the t is in “meTal” and how cute is it when he answers in full sentences, as in This is a book…plant….bug….hat…bell…. on and on ❤️❤️❤️

Love the little bark in response to the kennel

I think he tried making the sound when he banged the metal with his beak
Parrots can't really make bilabial phonemes properly because they don't have lips so the m in metal is lost
