  • Sorry for the audio not being great, that was hubris on my part.
If I didn't get to you, please be patient, I'm working on hopefully being able to turn these around faster and more frequent in the future. I hope you can still get value from seeing me evaluate other photos.
If you want to submit photos for a future installment:
    - Please only send just a few jpgs, they don't need to be super high-resolution
    - For simplicity, I’d prefer no zip files or WeTransfer links
    - Tell me exactly how you want your name/handle to appear
    - Landscape is preferred over vertical
    - If you want a license plate blurred, please do that before sending

You're giving your critique of our photos, I don't think you've been harsh at all. We can't get better without criticism and ways to do better. Thanks for continuing to put out these critique videos.

Thanks for this comment, I really appreciate it!
Sometimes, something in a photo can spark a larger issue or photography trend that I want to talk about. I'm glad people can see that I'm not intending to dump all this baggage on one person's work, but speaking about a broader thing usually 😄

This was an interesting watch. My top pick is the Ford Focus ST at sunset, from North Wales Car Photography. Another top pick would be the Ford Ranger in the desert canyon. I would've liked to have seen that last picture of the Lamborghini at sunset coming around the corner instead of shot from behind. I look forward to your next critique.

No prob! It would be great to be able to do these weekly, but it might be feast or famine until I figure out a good workflow 😭

Looking at these videos and applying the critique to my own photos makes me want to redo a lot of my pictures 😅 in a good way tho. It gives me a lot more ideas

I Will have to agree with everyone else. I don't think you are being mean at all.
Critique is what makes people better, and if anyone didn't want it then maybe they should just abstain from these type of things

I like the Bentley shot, it looks classy and natural (except the sun ?)

There was nothing technically wrong with it, it just seemed a little lazier than the other photos submitted by the photographer, who is clearly very talented. The issues I had with the photo were minor, but it led to a broader tangent about 'supercar spotter' photography, which I find dull and uncreative most of the time.
