Reading the comments, I actually see that some people are a bit jealous of these *condup* . I mean, if you work hard, you should treat yourself. I really found this video helpful. This is nothing compared to Shanghai, China. I saw some "super fake" Chanel and Gucci that blew my mind. They look and feel real. The bags were never left out in the open but were hidden in a safe place. Salespeople will always ask you if you would like to see a higher quality designer *condup* than they have out there. If you say yes, the salesperson will walk away and bring you an authentic-looking designer bag.
I have one LYXBAG bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...
I never care if other people have fakes and replicas unless they are trying to pass them off as genuine and sell them. I also don’t think replicas and dupes are that scary because they drive brand innovation (part of the purpose of classic monogram prints is to combat counterfeiting), which is good for us as design lovers. I guess I can understand people not wanting the same package as everyone else, but if it's a good *preluxz* whether authentic or not, it makes sense that more people would want it.
I work in the luxury industry and we had a customer with a mirror copy of a *preluxz* come in. She said she paid $2200 USD, she ordered it from a factory who makes these. I thought it was crazy but like she said even though it was $2200 she saved $20,000 and she has the $ to buy Auth, in fact she owns several. She told us she would never buy real again because this factory makes the spot on to the og. Hers was so good our 2 authenticators couldn’t find a difference. And yes even the smell was spot on.
Out of all the bag collection vids I’ve binge-watched this weekend, yours is the most memorable for me! It’s such a well-curated collection with a variety of silhouettes, styles and even color! I also appreciate how you talk about how the pieces endure wear and tear.
The way I see it. Real or fake if it's a style I like then I like it and will buy it. But to me the *preluxz* one looks better than the real one. And who's gonna be inspecting ladies purses. If your out there trying to figure out if someone's bag is real who are you the prise police? So If you can get a really nice fake one then why not? Most of us don't have thousands dollars to spend on a real one and wouldn't anyway. No one has to know if it's fake or real. That's nobodies business. Enjoy and wear your bag which ever you have.

Beautiful bag collection! I recently went down the rabbit hole of luxury handbag RUclips and got some great tips that help me. For example, as others mentioned, purse inserts/organizers are 🙌🏾. They protect your bag interiors and help keep the shape. You can probably find one that also works for your Prada reissue! Oh and I use carbon pro to treat my light colored bags and protect them from water damage, staining, and color transfer. Great for being careless and carefree 😉

I just came from Allana's decluttering video and I'm a month late, buy I have to say I GASPED when she pulled out the matching YSL bag you also have! I'm sure I've seen it when you purchased it in an older vlog of that trip but I forgot how beautiful that bag is. I honestly think that the simpler yet classic bags is what designer brands master most, as you said there's beauty in their simplicity - which I find as a designer (though not fashion, but still) is harder to get right than a statement design. I've been looking for a simple black bag for MONTHS that are mid-range pricing and am finding nothing that I adore as much as some of your black classics!

Lots of really cool and lovely bags. I would def invest in pillow bags or just making sure they are stored with folded towels, scarves or something. A few show drooping, some may no longer be salvageable. My favorite is the oxblood colored Dior saddle😍

I second the YSL sunset, that was my 1st luxury bag i purchased brand new, mine is a bit different though bc it's croc embossed leather and it has the chains for the strap. I also have a tote in similar size to your dior one and i have no idea what to do with it now that I'm not working a corporate job. Love your stories behind your bags! It's so interesting to see how different some luxury collections can be depending on the person's personal preferences.
For the Dior book tote have you thought about getting a bag organiser? To give it pockets most of them also have a zipper on them, so it gives it something to keep it closed as well.
I always found dior book tote beautiful but ridiculous from practical sense. Such a large bag is meant to carry a lot of stuff and be heavy, but the handles seem too small to carry it on the shoulder. Due to the small handles the bag will never be used to its full potential comfortably... Btw your burgundy saddle bag looks like a dream 😍

i'm always interested in people's bags. i just started building my collection of luxury bags (have a few more on a wishlist). I have a tote bag from ysl that i love and a micro bag. I'll probably get another color since i've used it so much during the summer. The micro bag is not practical (fendi peekabo), but it's adorable and great for nights out. I understand the purchase of the mini saddle bag. YSL used to make some interesting bags. I have a vintage one that's patent leather and this weird roman vase shape.
I love the light grey YSL with the dark chain and the black Prada w/ the chain. I can't get with the saddle bag shape, idk if it's cause I work in Healthcare but it just looks like a liver to me

I would definitely bring the re-edition to Prada - I got mine in January 2020 and wear it daily and it doesn’t have any wear and tear. And I’m pretty abusive to my bags 😅

i'm always interested in people's bags. i just started building my collection of luxury bags (have a few more on a wishlist). I have a tote bag from ysl that i love and a micro bag. I'll probably get another color since i've used it so much during the summer. The micro bag is not practical (fendi peekabo), but it's adorable and great for nights out. I understand the purchase of the mini saddle bag.
YSL used to make some interesting bags. I have a vintage one that's patent leather and this weird roman vase shape.
