Premier: Completing Site C dam is ‘best solution’ for B.C.

B.C. Premier John Horgan says the best decision for the future of the province is to complete the controversial Site C hydroelectric dam. Horgan has admitted the initial $8.3 billion project will now cost more like $10.7 billion. (Dec. 11, 2017)
