Fact is, its totally stock, except for the 2.2" wheels and tires! Maybe the tires do make a difference for CG. I have corner scales but apparently I’ve never weighed the Capra or calculated its CGoH (I have for all my other crawlers). It can handle near vertical lines no problem if I get a tire hooked on top (that’s how I was able to drop down that series of cliffs/benches), but it will roll backwards eventually. I Have a bit of front overdrive (it does wheelies in reverse), but I am also thinking about adding a bit of weight up front some day.
@@rcstories_ca that's really good for being stock! I've never put overdrive in any of my rigs, but now I'm curious to try it. I put underdrive gears in both axles on my comp rig for an overall lower gear ratio. Might have to throw the stock gears in the front and see what that does.
Wow! That thing must have a really low center of gravity! Also, no rear steer?
