May I suggest something? I think the ones working for him, def love the camera, and they are wanting to put on a show for it. I think they think it’s “content” but that’s never really been Ryan’s style. Everything he does if clean, and precise which is so satisfying. They haven’t been in front of the camera as long as Ryan has, (since the beginning). That being said, I think being able to see Ryan lead this way, with patience and forgiveness gives us a chance to see how he’s matured and respect him even more. They’re his friends and he’s hired them for a reason, I trust that reason. Because I respect Ryan. This type of stuff is annoying, but it shows that Ryan is a great leader.

You'd be hard pressed to find a worse way to take a windshield out lol
'05+ super dokie axles with the coils and radius arms are basically a direct swap besides needing bracing from the frame to the engine cross member. Literally most of the brackets half ass bolt directly up and can be used as a template to drill the remaining holes. If you did swap you'd get a better ride, bigger and better brakes, better turning radius, and a much larger selection for aftermarket suspension components. I'm eventually going to do it, I'd recommend it if you've got the money and it's already torn apart. Plus you can get a solid chunk of change for those leaf sprung axles too.

I worked with Safelite Autoglass for yrs. I've done jobs like this so many times. We would've came out and removed that windshield and rear glass in one piece. When you (customer) ready, we come back and install it. Would save you money. Anyways, good job so far. A lot of work ahead of you still.

I don't know if any one has said it but don't put any filler or primer surfacer on the pinch weld where the windshield urethane goes. Only epoxy primer and paint. Filler and primer surfacer will compromise the bond of the windshield

Well I guess we can say the editing was a hundred times better today than yesterday does it seem like since Ryan got this shop he's been so busy he hasn't been as into his RUclips channel that much it's good for him cause he's growing but before he had a shop he was dedicated 100 percent posting almost every day idk just noticed a change
Don’t think it was an editing issue but an upload issue. He’s been making great content IMO for 2+ years along with being on RUclips for longer than that. Don’t see him posting a video knowing there was black screens
3:20 One thing i learned about that year F250s windshields is, they dont come out easy! me and my buddy were dropping boulders through his mud trucks and stomping on it and it took FOREVER. i eventually put gloves on and peeled the glass out lol. we got glass shards EVERYWHERE 🤣🤣🤣
Guitar string is the best thing to use to get windshields out.

Bro puddy knife on a sawsall will be your best friend for windsheilds I remove then all the time by myself and never crack them once.... that was a horrible windsheild removal... your friend are impatient if you were at your garage at home or the shop you had by yourself you would have done a ton better removing it

Definitely liking the Ford build, but I’m a Ford guy myself. Don’t hate, but I have the “Dreaded 6.4”; it’s not as bad as a lot of folks thank, as long as you treat it right. Looking forward to see the performance/engine upgrades, mainly bc I have 7.3 also, and I haven’t decided which route to take yet.
