Through the dying, washing and drying I was watching the threads stay separate and not tangle. The Weaver must have the smoothest hands on the planet, incredible weaving work, Thank you 🌸

The feeling of calming down while weaving is pleasant!
The thread is gradually spun and the pattern is completed. It is precise and difficult, but this is the real pleasure.

Absolutely stunning! From start to finish…just WOW! So intricate and beautiful. The craft is passed down from generations. And here I am loosing track of my row count in crocheting! I wish my father would have learned the arts and crafts of the Native American tribe he inherited from his father. But unfortunately his father left his mom so it disappeared with him. I always wanted to learn about, and carry on traditions, and knowledge from my Native tribe. Even though I wouldn’t be accepted as a member because I only have a quarter Native blood in me, it’s the only blood that counts to me.

Thank you very much! Let's continue that tradition! I believe that with enthusiasm, we can move in the right direction!

I wonder, do these gentlemen put the yarns in a white vinegar mixture after dying so that the dye doesn’t run? I used to dye fabrics for antique quilt restoration and I always dyed them with white vinegar after the coffee or tea dye was at the right shade so there would be no running ..
