Hey there! So, I realized after all this time I never tried my hand at writing an original Errortale thing so I decided to give it a go and.... boy was it a doozy to work on hA. The track itself changed directions several times and I found myself reworking the drop at 1:47 until I got something I was satisfied with. Overall it took 20ish hours and I'm just glad I got it done it time for Halloween even though it's not really a spooky track but whatever lmao. One fun part of this track though was that it just started out as a random experiment of me re-using and old original melody made from one of my commissions from 2021. It was fun to revisit that and rework the melody into a new context :)
This is ironic because a year or two ago I actually made a character called Trojan. Generally the idea was that during the conflicts in the multiverse (depending on interpretation, Underverse or canon) fragments of code would break off and gravitate towards areas of major conflict, the areas seemed to be inconsistent, as if the pieces were going to specific areas but for what reason couldnt be figured out. One day during a large scale battle between various beings, the code breaking off formed together as a skeleton known as Trojan. Trojan would pretty much just leave to another universe while everyone was fighting. Trojan would try to make a home of the universes he would go to by just living among the au's people. But after a few days, he would always awaken to a blank space, the universe gone, never to be seen again. Unbeknownst to Trojan, he has a split personality of sorts, kinda like a conjoined twin but on a code based scale. In short, a different being similar to him that takes control on occasion, this being is the Trojan Virus. The Trojan Virus allows Trojan to go to universes, hiding away within him to not rouse suspicion. The Trojan Virus then slowly corrupts the code of a universe in the time its there and once it has full access, it comes out and absorbs the universes code, erasing said universe in its entirety. The Trojan Virus and Trojan are still a young entity in the multiverse and have not grasped all their abilities but they have a lot of potential do to the origin of their unintentional creation. Theres not a lot of deep lore since I didnt feel it was necessary, I was aiming for something interesting, strong, but simplistic because I wanted to see the response I'd get from people regarding it since people seem so heavily focused on complex au's these days that they forget the beauty of the simplistic ones. Such as Underswap or Storyshift, these days its all M87, Dreamtale, Alphatale, Dusttrust, etc. I mean, I like an advanced lore as much as the next guu but sometimes its nice to go back to the roots of au creation. Sure mines not as simple as role swapping but thats because the focus was a simple lore over a simple idea, if that makes sense.
This is going in my dance mix for sure. Amazing as always Storm. You’ve inspired me so much as a fellow musician on RUclips. (And huge Undertale fan as well)
this one is such a banger. i've discovered you quite a while ago, and while feeling some similarities between the vibes of your and sharax's works, i found both of your styles one of the most enjoyable in all of undertale musicians. been listening to this one on repeat for a while, thank you!
@@StormheartOfficial maybe a spin on insanity could work. rather than having the usual main melody and it's style of rock, the song would have more of a corroded, unique style to it, with stretched and/or distorted sounds to go along with. breakcore itself has alot of glitch-like aspects to it, so theres some room to work with, both in song styles and aus to chose from
its a great song but the energy that got build up till 3:15 was then kinda wasted to the part after 3:15 like... i felt that song until that point.. its a similar effect ppl had with "the foxy" song from groundbreaking at 3:27 but there it also got saved cuz what came after that was building it back up but here to me it didnt build up the energy anymore because the soundtrack for example at 3:41 stayed the same as before like at 0:48 and with that it didnt rlly have that much power... 4:20 it went back to being something holding ALOT of energy but between 3:15 and 4:20 i didnt feel the song anymore... but other than that its a great song
I'm sorry! 😭 I wasn't making any revenue from those platforms (Amazon/Spotify/iTunes etc.) and the price for licensing and distribution eventually became more than it was worth unfortunately.

I always love an original ❤
You say it's not a spooky track, but I find the vibes acceptable in the Spooktober spectrum! 😝

I'd call that a very interesting and good character, well done on the writing!
I loved that commission and I love this rework. Banger work once again, Stormheart!
Dude your music is always so cool to listen to when I draw! I'm always so pumped when you upload, keep doing what you do!

Yay one of my favorite music-makers upload!
Cool Error theme! 🤘
Glad you enjoy it! :)
I know you probably do not want suggestions but, a cover of Papyrus Encounter would go crazy!
There's like a million different versions of Papyrus Encounter which one were you thinking of? xD
@@StormheartOfficial The original one lol
definitelly flashbacks of mid 2017 right there, amazing song!
Love it! Sounds sick! What a banger
The song is very calm and relaxing!
Glitchy themes always go so hard, i swear (an error 404 song would be cool, just sayin' 👀)
This piece is awesome, sorry for the generic comment, but I really don’t know what else to say other than that. I enjoyed listening!
10 SECONDS IN AND ITS A BANGER ALREADY
i like how the drums after the beat drop were reminiscent of breakcore, and how the melodies mix after 2:10
I've been wanting to try doing a breakcore thing I just don't really know what song to try it with lmao

This is amazing
Don't open the prize.
Or you'll get a nasty suprise.

Me looking at my brother after he took the remote controller.

Remember kids, peace was never an option.
: )
So is this dusterror or a version of error
Shame that you removed your songs and profile from amazon prime music. I had some of your songs in my playlists
