How do tail light lenses go for longevity after this treatment? I know doing similar with plastic headlight lenses can get rid of any possible UV coatings and they can end up dulling more quickly in the future. End result looks awesome however.
I don't know. I don't think the older vehicles had a UV coating on the lenses, but I'm not sure. Maybe there is a way to replace that coating. That would be another video. Thanks for tuning in. And thanks for the comment.

@troykane no uv coating would be understandable on the old stuff, probably only became important with clear plastic lenses.
