@@infernalspy0176 Why are you hating on Jones? Why are you pointing out opinions? GSP's competition was 100% weaker. Jones has the absolute best list of names in UFC history and it's not even a little close. Honestly, GSP had Hughes, Sean Shirk, BJ and who else that was truly great? Nick Diaz, Frank Trigg are both overrated and both fought GSP coming off a loss to the other high level middleweights. Jake Shields was on a great run but it's Jake Shields. Also you whine about Jones fighting middleweights (which is absurd, Lyoto is the only one that fought at middle weight and he is over 6') when some of GSP's biggest defenses were against BJ Penn's little ass and was still having trouble with him. GSP was tapping to strikes from Matt Serra while Jones is making legends of the sport look like tomato cans. @@mamba5554 You know what is a crime... Volkanovski over Khabib At least I've put Silva just after Khabib besides Silva... Lost 11 times and he used PEDs sooo yeaah Khabib is definitely better
@TheDiamondHan khabib retired in the middle of his prime with 3 title defenses barely gave much of a chance for him to be beaten or exposed and most of the fights before then were against cans. Now silva on the other hand was the longest reigning champion in ufc history with one of the most amount of title defenses in ufc history. Your sitting here complaining about his 11 losses when almost all of them were on the back end of his career which khabib never got to. Khabib is the biggest ? In ufc history and will never in my eyes be a top 5 mma goat for that reason. Also a little thing to think about is khabibs coaches along with the rest of the Dagestan fighters have been taking "vitamins" or so they have been told by their coaches. I wouldn't be surprised if they are slipped roids in these "vitamins" as some of them have been popped for it. Not tryna say anything definite just giving u somethn to think on.
People might say GSP is on steroids, there’s a reason Dana White was pissed at GSP during the end of his career and that’s because GSP wanted to introduce testing before USADA partnered with the UFC. Hence why Dana has hated him since and blasted him in his “robbery win” over Hendricks. I think Silva should go down because being 7-1. Matt Hugh’s should be up there. If someone beats you 2x makes you above them, Widemen is 3rd in your list as well and if we’re disregarding context because of DC age, no one cares about Silvia’s broken foot.
I like your list but I disagree with your take about khabib. I think the reason people rate khabib highly is because of the dominance. Like despite his short run he managed to have the most 10-8 rounds in ufc history, broke the single fight takedown record, beat more champs than Aldo and the same number of champs as Silva, and had the 4th longest win streak in UFC history. I understand why you don't consider khabib close to the top but I'm just putting the rationale behind it
He didn't beat the takedown record, technically. He holds the record for most takedowns in a single fight however the most takedowns landed overall in UFC history belongs to GSP
bruh thank you for giving izzy his flowers like i get it he’s had stinkers and he’s a bit of a weirdo but that doesn’t take away from some of the insane fights and moments he’s had
I do think GSP is above DJ, but you’re being harsh. Stopping Cejudo in 3 mins, that sub against ray borg, beating benavidez. Whereas GSP barely beat Johnny Hendricks, and had a fair few close fights. Also DJ went up to 135 in ONE and won the belt there
I would have NO PROBLEM calling Jones the goat if he didn’t duck the up and coming light heavyweights, all way better than Reyes, and then years later duck Aspinall at heavyweight
Kyoji Horiguchi was another notable Mighty Mouse defense that still competes today but yeah that's the downfall of fighting in the earlier eras there aren't as many names ESPECIALLY at those lower weight classes
I think if we consider the sport constantly evolving and newer guys are more well-rounded than older ones this is a great list. Couture, Penn, Hughes, Henderson, Rua, Ortiz, frank Shamrock, Rutten are all options but many aren't as well rounded as the modern era. Also I assumed you meant just in the UFC, so like Shogun or Wandy's pride stuff not counted here which makes your list even more clean.
Fair point on stipe It’s funny how you do the nerd voice yet you remember on the sport Darell Horcher whoever that guy is. Low-key Arman Suki and could have a GSP run maybe not as stacked of a run since I don’t think he’s big enough to be a welter weight
For me khabib is Top 5 all time. Even Borderline Top 3 personally - Idc what you say. But to go Undefeated in the hardest sport in the world is just nuts - only lost 2 rounds, dominated everyone he's ever fought, 3 title defense. Retired in his own terms!!!! Ermmm, actually the greatest fighter of all time is Benson Henderson for revolutionizing leg kicks
Really the best mma page on yt and it’s not even close.
Never heard the Silva impression before 🔥
bedtime can we get a gymbag tour
Mcgregor is gonna see this video and go on a drunk Twitter rant for not having that Proper 12 spot on your Top 20
Bro I heard that zesty “Number 13” and how you almost followed it up with “Burger King Foot Lettuce.” Only the goats know that one
Not having Cain here is crazy imo
Personally jones was juiced his whole entire career and didn’t have a huge win without PED’s I think that kinda kills his rep. If you by definition cheated CONSISTENTLY then you were never on top of shi fr
Dude why are you hating on jones? Why are you pointing out facts?
Said GSP fought tougher competition than Jones, citing “Nick Diaz from Strikeforce” while completely leaving out that Jones beat Machida, Shogun, Rashad Evans, Rampage, Vitor, and Glover. 7 former UFC champions at LHW.
@@zackjohnson369they’re all blown up middleweights lmao apart from rampage and glover. The guys is a cheat, therefore cant be the goat. Full stop
If you want to pull the steroid card that's fine, but stop pretending he record is anything but the best in the UFC.
@@incidentlyaniguana2193 still a cheat. Can’t be the goat 🤷. Plus the guy is the biggest piece of shit outside the cage bar bin laden ffs
deadass favorite goat list, undisputed undefeated best MMA tuber OAT
Anderson was 38 when Weidman KO’d him. He wasn’t in his prime lol
I could name all of Demetrius Johnsons title defenses but I'm not going to out of spite. (P.s. the Anderson Silva impersonation is perfect)
I don’t think McGregor has the resume to be 145 GOAT but I do think no one in their prime could have beat him at 145
Idk man prime 145 max so far against prime 145 Connor either is Connor early ko or possibly a 5 round war where max possibly gets clipped in round 1 or 2 but as it gets to 3,4, n 5 i can max taking over with strikes as Connor gasses from maxs volume, pace,n pressure also from my certainly hard weight cut
@@theunkownguy5574 yeah would have been an incredible rematch if Conor’s career went differently and he didn’t become so much more muscular
Really surprised not to see the original double champ Randy Coutre or any of the older heads like a Matt Hughes. Both I would out over Chuck Liddell. With that said the talent over the past 10 years is in my opinion better than the old days.
Number 16 for makhacev is crazy deffo top 10
He hasn’t been active enough as champ and only fought tomato cans on his way up. Plus Dustin by Submission in the third round
@@rougeegamer98I wouldn’t Dan Hooker a can
@@rougeegamer98drew dober, Thiago Moises, Dan hooker and bobby green were all ranked when he fought them, plus he had a win over arman who's now the number 1 contender

@@AlexPereirasLeftFoot yeah the pound for pound best fighter in the world, do you honestly believe that Volk couldn't beat most of the lw division? Lmao
The Anderson Silva impression is unreal, so good.
My list will be :
1- Jon Jones
2- GSP
3- DJ
4- Khabib
5- Anderson Silva
6- DC
7- Jose Aldo
8- Alexander Volkanovski
9- Stepi Miocic
10- Conor McGregor
11- Islam
12- Alex Pereira
13- Adesanya
14- Kamaru Usman
15- Max Holloway
16- Dominick Cruz
17- Henry Cejudo
18- Chuck Liddell
19- Charles Oliveira

I've put on Dustin cuz i don't know who I'm gonna put in number 20 and Dustin is my favorite fighter so i think he deserves it
Khabib over silva is a crime
@@mamba5554
You know what is a crime... Volkanovski over Khabib
At least I've put Silva just after Khabib besides Silva... Lost 11 times and he used PEDs
sooo yeaah Khabib is definitely better
@@mamba5554megregor over usman is insanity
@@HPloveCraftsCat1352 that's what I mean when I say takedown record.
@@HPloveCraftsCat1352whats the difference between take down and takedowns that landed
Poirier and Justin aren’t champions don’t come here with that interim shit.
Bruv what’s your headwear situation in the profile photo? How many (hats?) are you wearing?!
I think Volkanovski is definitely above Stipe
bruh thank you for giving izzy his flowers like i get it he’s had stinkers and he’s a bit of a weirdo but that doesn’t take away from some of the insane fights and moments he’s had
Dustin Poirer my 20th all time🙏🏿
I do think GSP is above DJ, but you’re being harsh. Stopping Cejudo in 3 mins, that sub against ray borg, beating benavidez. Whereas GSP barely beat Johnny Hendricks, and had a fair few close fights.
Also DJ went up to 135 in ONE and won the belt there
Solid list ngl usually hate on goat lists

Why do people care what Guru thinks dude 😂

Khabib over Usman is crazy work☠️
no it isnt. Usman has 2 title defences against masvidal 🤣
No it isn't wtf are you on
I would have NO PROBLEM calling Jones the goat if he didn’t duck the up and coming light heavyweights, all way better than Reyes, and then years later duck Aspinall at heavyweight
No views in 31 seconds. Youre washed bedtime...
If you put Chael Sonnen at Number 1 and push the rest of your list back I would say you’re spot on. Great video
My uncle was one of the dudes DJ defended his title against, but he wasn’t one of the ones you remembered😭😭😭
Also I assumed you meant just in the UFC, so like Shogun or Wandy's pride stuff not counted here which makes your list even more clean.
nothing like a meal on a friday and bedtime mma dropping😭🙏🙏🙏
Fair point on stipe
It’s funny how you do the nerd voice yet you remember on the sport Darell Horcher whoever that guy is.
Bro this guy is everything for me. Only bad thing is that he retired too early. He would've been the goat for me and double champ had he continued a bit longer. The guy was and still is a best
