  • In this video, coach Jagie of Fitness Zone, Brunei teaches his students the basics of animal flow.
    It is a ground based movement, designed to challenge one's strength, balance, endurance and mobility.
    Many of the animal movements require you to support your full body weight so it can be used for strength training as well.
