The assumption here is that we're dealing with a trans man, but I think the experiment showed more than that. Especially if you compare it to the other one, where an 11-year old girl is having a period. There are many reasons why a man might bleed, but regardless of that, he needs help. There are not many people willing to help a man, and this is sad. Men cannot expect empathy from general society.
Well it's mostly bc he is a man and a lot of trans people are aware and sometimes they will get surgery to remove it I'm pretty sure that would be the last thing that came to they're mind not a lot of people think of that so I think that's why people walked bye and ignored it
And plus it showed it was like a 11 year old girl not a boy so ofc people would know right away if it was a girl
@@strawberrymary2794 I think you've missed my point. Let's forget the whole 'trans man having a period' topic, and focus on what we see. There's a man with a huge, blood stain on his pants. How many people actually stood up and helped him instead of just walking by or laughing at him? For me, it doesn't matter if he has a period or was raped or has other condition that's causing him to bleed. He clearly needs help and it's a moral duty to at least make him aware of the problem. What I'm saying is that men do not get enough attention in society, because they are expected to solve problems on their own, while other groups get relatively more empathy.

I would probably say “excuse me? Hi, sorry, but I noticed you have a little something down there and I’m not sure if it’s blood, I don’t want to make any assumptions you might be on your period, if not then you might want to go have a look at it as I’m not sure what has happened but I hope you okay.” And if it was their period I would ask if they needed help and any products as I always keep some in my bag for emergencies. It’s good to remember human decency and just imagine that if you were in that situation you would probably like to be told ASAP so you can sort it out :)
To all the people confused I want to say , men can have periods if they are transgender (FTM) and can't afford bottom surgery . So if a person was born female but identifies as anything else , they can have periods . This video is not about mocking women/girls , it is a social experiment about transgender men .
