at 0:38 I've always wondered how to do this kind of "3D camera projection" effect but never really understood how it was done...I mean it's simple with flat surfaces but if it's as complex as a human being, how do you do it? Do you have to build the human in 3D and move the camera around??? Would appreciate a reply from anyone as to how to achieve this effect. Thanks and awesome work! :D
she could very well just be standing very still. if you can confirm that she is not moving at all. it could be the bullet time effect used in the matrix which involves multiple single shot cameras lined up in the motion of the camera in the video. to capture that single moment and join the single images in sequence into a moving picture. then the motion tracking and stuff and 3d models where added. if not that method then ya they could've made a human in 3d model too but i doubt that.

Nathanael Xavier The girl was standing completely still so that they could do an accurate 3d track. I think that the skirt is made in 3d and then tracked onto the girl. So there might not be any 3d projection.
ahh ya i agree. is there another name for 3d projection. i think i know what your talking about. i don't know anything about it though.
