Old thumbnails were SO nice, these new just feel soulless (constructive criticism)
Yeah the old ones were all unique and fit their own themes about the video
they slightly retain the reccollect feel but they feel like they're trying really hard to appeal to the algorithm. not a hate comment, but it just looks so similar to countless other youtubers, and that'll make it harder for them to stand out.
They all look the same on this channel. As a new viewer I’m confused.
Put more interest into this series than any tv show in the past nearly 3 years, to think it’s come to an end but it was worth every bit of waiting

As a dj, Beaterator and DJ Hero were two huge gateway into music making and mixing for me as a child.
I probably wouldn’t love Beaterator today but I still adore DJ Hero.
But I really got a lot out of Beaterator, making a lot of beats back in the day.
I love DJ Hero, I really wish they would make a third installment. It was one of my favorite games as a kid and I still have some mixes from it on my phone.
It's such a shame DJ Hero came out right at the tail end of the popularity/overexposure of the music game genre.
@@HenryThe12 you should try Fuser. It's the spiritual successor to DJ Hero. It's very unique and interesting.

RDR1 and Undead Nightmare were not as glitchy to my memory as you say but I played on the original PS3. I think the ports are more glitchy than the originals.
i wonder if its the ports as well. i played RDR1 long after 2 released, dug out my old PS3 and played through the entire thing without any issues at all so im definitely not misremembering it or anything lol
If it's about Undead Nightmare, then the Game of the Year editions and Undead nightmare physical release are buggy messes if you update the game. Undead nightmare as DLC to RDR1 is fine.

Fair enough what you say about Dutch in 1, he's not all there and we barely get to know him here and he's better in 2, but he's not the main antagonist. Edgar, the guy who kills John, takes that title cause he shows up more often and is the one you end the game by killing.
Big fan of the Rockstar yellow lightning in your room :) Had to skip the RDR2 section to avoid spoilers but will come back once I beat it as well. Can't wait to see your next deep dive!

I had the same experience with being unable to read the faces. I remember being super excited for LA Noire as a kid and looked forward to the parts where you had to read people's facial expressions. Then when I got the game the very first interrogation you have to do I failed over and over. I eventually just put the game down and never played it again cuz I had no fucking idea what I was supposed to be doing.

L.A Noire is brilliant. Such a shame about Team Bondi, they could have done wonders with a sequel now.

48:00 What? Why do you think that Mona is still alive after the last game? Rockstar Games themselves mentioned that only the MAIN ending of MP2 is canon, that Mona is dead. And actually, Max mentioned her once in the MP3
He probably was just going with the information the game gave him
The only time Mona's mentioned in MP3 was at the cemetary when Max was reminiscing about the past
There is definitely more nuance in the story of Max Payne 3 than you give it credit, and Max does mention Mona once in the cemetery level, clearly indicating that it wasn't the best part of his life so it makes sense that's she's barely mentioned.

The writing for Max is kinda, all pver the place. Max isn't at the top of his game, so he makes questionable decisions all the time, and he pays for it, constantly.
I will agree tho, the Branco storyline was kinda whatever, totally predictable, but even still I didnt mind it. I just love Max as a character, he feels so real in that game, he's probably the most vulnerable he''s ever been and I enjoyed that

I find the story of RDR2 very bland and boring, but it is the perfect hunting simulator I've always wanted.

Man, hearing Timbaland's The Way I Are reminds me of the DJ Hero series, which did have that song in the second game. If you like oddball series, I suggest checking it out out considering DJ Hero is an official spinoff of Guitar Hero. It's honestly overlooked from other games of that generation, and one that deserves more love. Would love if you could take a look at those two games one day.
