  • I thought I would make it through 2020 without ever contracting the corona virus and sure enough this ICU RN tests positive for Covid-19 during the last week of the year! In this video, I share my experience and how I recovered from the virus that is plaguing the world. Wash your hands, practice social distancing, and please get vaccinated 🙏🏼
*DISCLAIMER: Everyone experiences COVID-19 differently. These are just my experiences and opinions.
Here's a timeline of my symptoms:
12/18/2020: 1st dose of Pfizer vaccine. My only side effects were mild headache and a sore arm for 1-2 days.
12/26/2020: I started having chills, body aches, and fever. 1st day of 10-day quarantine.
12/27/2020: I had my worst fever yet. I spiked a temperature of 101.7! My coughing spells began.
12/28/2020: I went to an urgent care clinic and tested positive for Covid-19 and was told to quarantine for 10 days from onset of symptoms. I began to lose my sense of taste and smell.
1/2/2021: Day 8 of Quarantine. I got back my sense of taste and smell.
1/4/2021: Last day and day 10 of quarantine!

The day I walked into the clinic it was literally the first day they were rolling out the rapid tests. I got lucky to get a quick diagnosis and confirmation 👍🏽

Hey man, I was wondering what nursing shoes you wore? I recently just got admitted into my BSN program, and am not sure what would be best. They have to be all white and cannot be made of cloth. Any suggestions?

Nothing too fancy, but I got something similar to this in the all whites www.nike.com/t/court-royale-2-low-mens-shoe-nTnf5F I still use them today as my hospital shoes when I’m assigned to COVID-19 patients because it’s easy to clean and sanitize
