Great video! I have a question on zoning. If there is a conflict with private restriction and zoning which takes precedence and how is that handled?

Hi, the stricter restriction takes priority. For example - if the state says your setback must be 5 feet from the sidewalk but the subdivision says 10ft, it will be 10ft.

Hello Nonye, I need your help! I took the National RE exam today and did not pass! I swear I was ready and taking practice test I would always get 85% and above but today I did not. I’ve been crying for hours because I put so much effort into studying! I need to hire a tutor ASAP! Someone that can help in detail each section or just help understand a little more. Can you please help??? I’m desperate!!

Hi, sorry to hear that. Don't beat yourself up, it happens. It's not a reflection of your success as a real estate broker.
Try Realtor Real Estate School in Chicago. They do have some tutoring options. I don't offer tutoring at the moment but will be glad to answer questions you may have

Thank you so much! It’s tough not passing when all you did was study for so long! I truly felt I knew enough to pass. I actually watched every single one of your videos, and learned so much from them. You are one of the best!!!! I’m originally from Chicago born and raised and still travel back there a lot since that is where my family is. I’m now residing in Champaign/Urbana area. Do they do online tutoring?
