I love your videos, but this time I'm unable to understand what you guys are talking about (especially that English isn't my mother tongue). Is there any way to improve audio quality?:)

Because of the way the Aquatropic lights clip into the hood, It's possible to swap in a NICREW SlimLED without modification. You just slide the brackets out of the SlimLED and flip them over, they can then be extended to clip into the hooks in the lid. Measure the total length of your light, and make sure the SlimLED you choose fits a tank of that distance :)

I can never understand the people that go on about aquariums being hard work: difficult and time-consuming. Once you get the aquarium set up, planted, balanced, and stocked, it pretty much takes care of itself.
I have had people who own dogs who say it's hard work... I counter with: I trim my plants once a week and, because the aquarium's fully balanced and open-topped, I don't even 'need' to do a water change, just evaporation top ups every 2 or 3 days.
Whereas you have to walk your dog twice a day, sometimes in the most disgusting weather, and scrape up the mutt's foul mess repeatedly, day after day after day. And while you're knee deep in dog 💩 in - 3°C - I'm sitting indoors in a warm living room, relaxed and admiring the view in the tank.
And the crazy thing is.. I install and maintain aquariums. So they don't need to do any work at all - leave it to me. I love doing it 😂

Totally agree, the main reason people believe it is hard work is that they over-stock, under-filter etc. They end up with mucky tanks and dead fish and decide the hobby is too tough. I've had a tank set up for years now and just do the occasional water change mostly just to remove some mulm and tidy up a bit and I clean my filter like once a year maybe. Also the inmates (white clouds and shrimps) breed and replenish and the plants all grow strong. Certainly don't have time for a dog lol

i agree with you and i also think it’s because you need to know some things that many people skip. And in France shops don't help...

Did you forget to turn on the mics? Seems like a pretty good video but I can barely hear anything.
