This is still one of the BEST trailers I've ever seen, and for what? A tower defence gacha. It just goes to show that even mobile games can look super polished and beautiful if the creators are passionate enough. Arknights rules! (Yes, even 11 months later)
Not to mention the fact it's a very polished Tower Defense game with a story that gives shame to most other gacha games. seriously, it's quite refreshing to find a gacha where you must actually think to progress instead of overpowering everything with pure stats while playing on Auto like most others (You can use Auto in this game, but only after you beat a level to perfection)

And it's ironic how you wish me fun waiting for energy as if it doesn't affect you and you don't want anything to do with it even though you're here watching the trailer and apparently also interested in the game. You don't wish somebody else fun with something that you plan to pick up yourself. That's not how it works.

I don't think they're actually working together. If you look up the original video, its actually 2 years old. The original dev team just asked Starset on twitter if they could barrow the song for their video way back then and they said yes.
Every time there's a new story update. I'm back to checking these foreshadows in every PV. It's just amazing how they planned all of these and slowly surprising the players.

The story of the game is outstanding, its just like im reading a light novel where i have to imagine every movement of the character and each emotion that is intact through the environment, also my god how thicc is shining 😅🤔

It's an interesting post-apocalyptic fantasy-sci-fi world. You got the Fallout settings of different groups, Command & Conquer: Tiberium crystals, Mortal Engine moving platform cities and Shadowrun races combined to make an epic world at war and survival.
2021 here, and rewatching this one truly bring nostalgia, especially after we finished dealing with Reunion. But now the newest trailer on CN gave us sneakpeek about the conflict in Victoria, and I'm getting hyped all over again like a child on Christmas. Side effect of being a Dockta, I guess. Not that I regret it.
We've come a long way since this dropped, been playing the game since day 1 and never missed a single day even if it was to do daily. Only gacha game I haven't dropped aftera a few weeks, truly Arknights is a masterpiece.
I like strategy games but what caugth me and still keeps me excited for more content was the story and the characters. They did an amazing job with the world building.
I'm willing to invest so much on Arknights if we get promised a anime sometime in the 2020 decade. We seriously NEED a anime of this world. It's perfection at its finest~
Ye,but like money. If they get as much money as Genshin Impact from their game they probably would hire a studio to make an anime for Arknights (and bonus the L2d e2 art for every 6* characters I guess)

Definitely. The song, the lyric, the voice, they're resonates so well with the first arc theme; somber, dark, moody. Getting thrown into a world you "didn't know" (technically "forget") and that world is currently experiencing the beginning of "war". It's definitely wasn't a pretty thing. And this song deliver that. I didn't frequently look for game trailers, but I can tell this one to be a good stuff.
