      Hello Namaste 🙏🏽 I did spend some time. It's an energy space though it's not a big commercial temple but a hidden place inside the city

      @pavankumarvarmak5725 thank you! I believe your in your own spiritual journey at the moment. Well if it's is for a place to meditate then I say you can meditate anywhere, it's not the place but it's the you that matters however if you are looking at a certain place and you are a traveller then India has amazing places to check out and experience. However if you are referring to something in Bangalore then, I can recommend a Shiva temple on nal road but it is open for public only during Mondays. Let me know what are you exactly looking forward from your sadhana and maybe I can guide

      @pavankumarvarmak5725 if I have to honestly tell you then, if you want to like put a habit of meditating everyday then I say, you can meditate anywhere, best is go sit in a traffic filled road and meditate. If it's about to experience energies of the place to be experienced then India is amazing, everybody to travel India. But I don't recommend a meditation that can be done only in certain places then one will not get to meditativeness level. Because the place where you sit to meditate is you itself you need to understand your body. It's not some places on earth we can do meditation or something, again the thing is there is nothing to do, so technically we are not meditating but we get into meditativeness godhood. so if you are just looking for bringing a decipline of meditation or trying to meditate everyday as a discipline or practice or sadhana then just sit down everyday for whatever numbers of year's then, just sit down, first is to still the body, make it feels comfortable, once body still, the breath will automatically still and when that still happens you realise you. The meditation, meditator and meditated is all and the same, sab ek. Har Har Mahadev 🙌🏽

      @@BabaKunneighat thank u.. i am going through worst phase of life...literally being through depression from a long time... I m unable to meditatte in home... As u said ,I have to calm the body first,it's not happening for me... Looking for energy places to energise myself first... I myself experienced the power of energy around u when u meditate in a place where ayyappa swamis have done their 41 day deeksha in a room.. actually, I m from visakhapatnam been visiting many holy places in south India to find the purpose of life... Recently I went to Arunachalam on Karthika pournami...I am very greatful to Arunachala Shiva ,may b in ur form is guiding me as a guru to find some peace in my journey... What u hav said is so true to me... I understood the way of mediation...i ll try the ways u hav said... Really thank u and have a great respect to u... 🙏🙏
