Muscle Dystrophy Association walk in 2018 and 2019 … Each year they attended the greater Philadelphia MDA
summer camp with local children with MD … Later, in their time in Philadelphia, Rhys and Jayme raised over
$500,000 for MDA Philadelphia with the Go Yard with Rhys Hoskins event in 2022 and 2023 - last year alone
they raised over $385,000 at the event which was attended by many of Hoskins’ teammates, coaches and club
officials … In total, thanks to their support, they helped raise an estimated $1 million dollars for
MDA Philadelphia from 2017-24 which will accelerate research, advance care, and empower MDA
families in our community living with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related neuromuscular diseases
… Hoskins was honored with the first Champion of Spirit Award at the Greater Philadelphia MDA Black-N-Blue

I used to get mad 😡 at his fielding which was my only issue with him . Now that he’s gone I wish he had never left . Hes a class act… Rhyss and his wife . He was great hitter in clutch situations and I felt good when the home crowd showed him love 💕.
